Was so excited to find your site

Was so excited to find your site. The recall of the Vise Vibe was so unexpected.
Left us not being able to get refills for the Vibe.
That is UNTIL I ordered 11 boxes , they were shipped the next day. I ordered 11 more and the Unit itself. Just in case!
Thank you for keeping me from smoking the real ones!!

Highly Recommend

It's always a pleasure ordering from Drops of Vapor. I always receive my order in a timely manner. I have had a problem with my order before and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Great customer service. Wish they still used PayPal though. Would highly recommend.

My only issue is that you are selling…

My only issue is that you are selling me 12ml bottles when I know you sell the same flavor(Red n Blue), in the 30ml size. How about saving me a trip to the vape shop and start selling me the 30ml size. If I have to go to the vape shop, I won't need you any more.

Held my money for days. Had to initiate contact ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Held my money for days. Emailed them asking what's going on and that i may cancel my order if they didn't have certain things from my order in stock. Woke up and saw a system generated canceled order email but no reply from any living person and no timeline stated for when to expect a refund. Checked the site and everything i ordered still says in stock?? They either forgot my order and then instead of doing the right thing or explaining anything they just wiped out their mistake when i mentioned refund or they don't update the stock on their website. Either way stay clear from them!

Horrible service I placed order even…

Horrible service I placed order even paid for the 2nd day delivery. Never got the order on time. I had to fly overseas so I left and then the order arrived on the 4th day. I even sent a message via email. No one replied. I am also in customer service and I take care of my customers
