I ordered for delivery weds / Thursday - it’s now friday and the item is not even in the UK let alone at my house. I ordered this item for a holiday. I will be sending it straight back and won’t be ordering again
I had already contacted the customer service company. Still not in the UK 7 days after ordering.

I purchased and paid for the item through the official website. It was supposed to arrive on July 9th or 10th. Today is July 14th, and no one knows when I will receive it. I do not recommend this service.

I sent an e-mail about a vintage piece I happen to get into my hands. I did not know if it was original or not so I decided to sent the email with pictures of it. I got a reply instantly and 3 girls from the staff named Allison Huamani, Arianna Baruffaldi and Angela Teixeira were very helpful and managed to identify the item. I am glad and thankful for their help! :)

AVOiD. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans was given a delivery date but no tracking, delivery date has passed no jeans no tracking and no phone number to find out whats happening. PayPal refund the only option

Also, they make the coolest clothes and accessories (which other designers copy).

I love DsQuared2 clothing and am always happy to take advantage of their sales. Unfortunately, this time encountered a problem with delivery, apparently the package was lost. It took me a while to get my refund, Katy was very helpful in resolving the issue. Overall experience is good. Regardless of this issue will be back to shop with them again.

Online store doesn’t have a phone contact possibility, and it is always alarming of the quality of the service ! Disappointing, sorry .

The score is higher because the product quality is higher. If it was just this service I'd give it 2 stars. 1 for taking 8 days to get the order from their HQ in Milano to my neighbourhood in Roma, plus 1 for responding to an email inquiry as to the status if the order promptly.
For €250 an overnight in country delivery should have been possible. There were no strikes, but the logistics plan showed to going to 4 places before announcing it is out for delivery. I could have taken the train to Milano, enjoyed an afternoon in town, and had the product in my house in Roma is less time than this shipment has taken.
My takeaway is, like many things in Italy, order before you know you'll need it as it may take more time than you imagine it will take.
