If I could give no stars then I would. I usually don’t write negative reviews as I give the supplier or hotel a chance to put things right as sometimes mistakes happen.
Please go on popular hotel booking websites to see other reviews. As they were not on trustpilot and I feel I owe it to anyone thinking of staying at any of their properties to not waste their time or money.
We couldn’t stay at their property as even though the pictures looked pretty good it was run down with a strong smell of damp and visible mould.
Customer service was great before we arrived then took a nonchalant tone once we complained. We had to book a last minute replacement hotel. So avoid this company and their property in Porto called Algeria.
