Our main drain was blocked so we called and spoke to a lovely lady that took our details and told us an engineer would call us within the hour as it was an emergency. After 15 minutes, Dan N called and said he was 20 minutes away. He was a great chap, very experienced and fixed our drain so quickly .. we’re so impressed with the service and am so thankful to them.

I had water coming up from the manhole which was situated in the conservatory, Luke was designated the job and kept me updated on his journey to me. On arrival introduced himself, very polite and professional explained what he needed ie water supply and cracked on and got the job done. He is a great ambassador for your company. Thank you Luke.

The main drain was blocked, so I booked an appointment online. They called back within 10 minutes, and the engineer, Tom, arrived in just 2 hours. Tom was very patient, professional, and responsible. At first, the blockage was hard to locate, and I thought we might have to give up, but he opened three main access points and finally found and cleared the blockage completely. Really reliable service — I would definitely recommend them!

Chap who came to fix the problem found it quickly & made good the issue. Just found the price a bit expensive as he was only at the house for 30 mins & if I'd of known where it was, could of done it myself & saved £190.

After telling Dynorod the problem of one of our toilets not flushing properly, they sent out an engineer.

The engineer didn’t have all the equipment needed to diagnose the problem, only the big camera, not the one that goes down the toilet. The problem I told them on the phone we had. So another engineer with another fee has had to be booked. Let’s see if they can actually diagnose the problem.

Phoned a.m. as water was on the toilet floor. Engineer arrived promptly, found out the cause, fixed it and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. First class service and a really nice guy who did the work.

The operator arrived within specified timeframes and was polite and professional. The job was carried out successfully and in a timely fashion. The operator left a clean and tidy site. Only small criticism is the booking staff provided incorrect information on the service and appear to need more knowledge.

Engineer was friendly, polite and enthusiastic about his job, and explained what he was doing.
Cleared the problem which was caused by roots, which were not easy to remove.
Engineer left everything clean and tidy and the associated invoice was what was quoted.
