Lovely bed, such great quality, arrived very quickly, perfect for my 22kg Pointer

We bought an Earth Bound bed for our previous dog who loved his bed but sadly he is no longer with us. Freddie inherited that bed and also loved it. It is now well used so I decided to treat him to a new bed which arrived on time just now. It was beautifully packaged and is just superduper. The fabric is a gorgeous laurel green, easy to wipe clean, the cushion is deep and supportive and the sides are strong enough for Freddie to lean his head over, in fact he is already enjoying its comforts! Thank you Earthborn!

I bought an XL bed as a birthday present for my 1 year old Labrador. I thought the price was a bit high but when you see the quality of the bed you can see why. It’s more like a piece of furniture. The fabric is very strong, feels gorgeously soft but is also easy to clean. Dog hairs just don’t stick to it. Ffion loves the bed although in this hot weather she has moved to kitchen tiles to cool off.

Really great quality beds. Our dog loves both of his beds from Earthbound. Easy to take apart to wash when required. Super fast delivery too.

I just bought the leather Whippet collar in grey, and it's beautifully made from high-quality leather that is incredibly soft. My grey Whippet puppy looks amazing in it, and the collar matches him perfectly. It looks very stylish, and I'm very happy with it.

As a business owner myself, I appreciate good customer service coupled with good & rational reviews. I have read some of the few 1⭐ ones and was surprised they didn't pursue the customer service angle more before commenting here.

I have bought two flat beds previously on separate occasions, which have lasted really well.

Owing to now having a larger dog I needed an XL bed. I was a bit dubious about the delivery time frame quoted but ordered anyway as I deliberately wanted the Earthbound quality.

The first one I managed to get the order details completely wrong - unbeknown to me - until it arrived within 48hrs. Rita, in Customer Service, was helpfulness personified as we exchanged a few emails - all responses being very prompt.

A new order was submitted with the correct colour & size and it, too, arrived very speedily. Well played, Earthbound!

My only comment about the actual product, that might sound negative but isn't intended to be, is the filling "seems" different. I accept memory can play tricks but I thought my first two beds were a little firmer & flatter, this new XL version sits quite high & feels springier .... perhaps after my dog has lain on it a few times it will squash down?

This is our third Earthbound bed for Barney. Can’t fault them, though maybe a removable cover on the pad would be useful. Our previous one lasted seven years.

I strongly recommend this company. My dog bed it is nearly 7 years old. Looks like new.

I ordered a dog bed and asked if it would be possible to have it delivered quickly . They got back to me straight away and said they would look into it as they usually make the beds and takes 2 weeks . They delivered the bed the next day . Absolutely brilliant and my daughter’s dog loves it . Thank you so much

Wanted a piece of material to mend a dog bed and received exactly what I needed very quickly.

It’s hard to get decent dog blankets which aren’t too plush, keep an old dog warm, reasonable price etc. Earthbounds stitched blankets are just the thing and I’ve bought a couple. I did contact them as I wasn’t send a first order discount as promised and they responded immediately and sent one. All in all very happy.

I contacted the team because the bed I purchased was starting to show signs of wear. Rita was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and even pointed out that they sell replacement covers, which I found both surprising and amazing.
It’s great to see a company offering solutions that help extend the life of their products. Because of this excellent customer service and the high quality of their beds, I’ll definitely continue buying my dog beds from this company. They’re a lovely team and clearly care about their customers and their products.

Our dogs love these beds so much we now have three of them. Indeed, we only managed to persuade one of them to move out of the human bed by presenting her with her very own Earthbound round bed. And we humans love them too - they are super tough, easily wipe-downable and very good looking! We've had one for about five years now and it looks almost as good as new, despite having lived through 3 puppies. We wouldn't buy any other dog bed.

I needed a new filler for the cushion bed that I use when we go away. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but customer support were super helpful and sent out the correct size very quickly, in time for my black lab to have it when we go away shortly. Thank you so much.
