Lacking words to describe how professional this company runs
First of all I want to apologise for any trouble I caused. I wanted to buy a specific gaming PC, but it went out of stock quickly and I didn't have the time to order. I contacted them and they managed to get me one from their distributor. After they shipped, I changed my mind (gone for another model). I returned the item and next day they refunded the full amount. It would be a 6 star, if available!

Thank you very much for your postive feedback, we're always glad if we can proove our customers that service doesn't end simply by completing a sales-transaction. Of course we process withdrawals & return shippings with the same priority like active orders, same applies for any requests if a customer needs assistance in case of warranty or technical issues with the sold item.
