Charged for 8 months on the wrong plan — and refused a refund
After my trial ended, Easyship placed me on a Premier subscription at £82.80/month without my knowledge. Their own email to me at the time stated my plan was Plus — not Premier. When I queried the charges, they acknowledged the email was an error on their part, but still refused to issue a refund, citing their T&Cs.
We send around 20 parcels a month. There is no world in which we would have knowingly signed up to Premier. The miscommunication from their own team is the reason I didn't question the charges sooner, and they've admitted as much — yet won't take responsibility for it.
I'm now pursuing a chargeback through my bank. I'd strongly advise anyone signing up to Easyship to check their billing carefully, as it appears plan upgrades can happen without clear consent.

Please be careful. I ordered express delivery with UPS through EasyShip. It was for an international package, and the cost of the shipment was about £500.
I dropped it off at my local UPS station, which is basically a small kiosk selling other goods. The shipment didn't move for weeks, and now, four months later, it still says it hasn't moved yet. EasyShip and UPS are unable to locate it and cannot refund any of the shipment or the goods.
So basically, I paid 500 pounds, created a label, and neither EasyShip nor UPS did anything else. They refused to reimburse the package or the shipping fee.

Wonderfull experience, good options and reports, rate compare and delivery report is owsome.
HORRIBLE Customer Service. My shipment was not being tracked and was eventually LOST. The customer service or lack there of is HORRIBLE. They don't even have a live representative to help with issues - only a robot AI. They told me to file a CLAIM for the LOST package and then they denied it. WHAT A JOKE - $200 worth of home made crafts GONE and they don't even want to reimburse me - even though i bought the insurance.
UPDATED: the insurance claim was APPROVED - however EASYSHIP refuses to CLOSE my account and REFUND me the monies due from the claim. A week has gone by and they have not provided me with a resolution.

Shipped 6 packages in sep 2025 , it’s hard to use software same address can’t combine shipments , don’t show shipping address until label printed wrong address printed cancel with in 3 minutes, my card was charged several times , requested refund until today 11 march 2026 still waiting for refund they asked me they can’t refund to card it paid provide account no , which was provided 20 days still no new , they said refunded when checked nothing almost 50 emails still going never seen this type of non professional customer service , now there is no courier choices on Easyship except usps which no one wants ,
Don’t use service there are several others options , I am trying to find out to take the matter to court and file a joint lawsuit , please come
I shipped 3 items - 2 overseas and one local. So far all is well, one delivered, one out for delivery and the 3rd needs further looking into, BUT Easyship has been probably the best customer service experience I have ever had on line!!!!! Will definitely use again!
Do not pay for insurance. Easyship insurance is fraud. My business paid thousands in insurance after 2 years had a damage claim. Claim denied, improper packaging. Product was in original manufacturer packaging.
If you ship with easyship, self insure. They will take your insurance money but will not pay a claim.
Edit: I am updating my review, easy shipped reached out and is covering my claim. However, they did say this is a courtesy due to our long history of shipments, and that the packaging was not adequate.
If you ship high value liquids make sure to pack it by taping caps and padding box if it isn't tight. Take pictures of your packaging before shipping.
I will continue to ship dry products with easy ship, will only ship liquid if the margin is enough to justify the risk.

Easyship processes when dealing with couriers when a pickup of a parcel goes wrong are inflexible and slow. I was told I had to contact the courier (Aramex) to find out why a parcel pickup had failed for 3 days straight. I did this and they identified that Easyship put the wrong address on their tracking Id. They used the return address instead of the shipping address. I then updated the Easyship ticket with what was needed to resolve. The Easyship operator would not use my findings with Aramex to fix the problem. They need to get confirmation from Aramex with no timeline given. This rectification could have been done straight away without waiting for further information from Aramex.

I requested a full refund of our subscription that we have paid since August 2025 via direct debit and this was point blank refused. I wish to escalate this matter to a more senior level. For very valid reasons we did not receive an email requesting us to verify our account. Otherwise we would have surely done so. Unable to use EasyShip services since August was NOT possible because both understanding the screen verification request was NOT clear whatsoever and only became apparent to us in the last 24 hours. Notwithstanding, it is wholly unreasonable behaviour and frankly greed on their part to refuse what is a very valid request. WE WERE UNABLE TO UTILISE THE EASYSHIP PLATFORM & SERVICES. FURTHERMORE, HAD WE KNOWN WE HAD BEEN PAYING FOR A SERVICE WE WERE UNABLE TO USE WE WOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT, THAT WE ALSO HAD NO IDEA WAS BEING TAKEN AUTOMATICALLY FROM OUR BANK CARD. A VERY DISAPPOINTING COMPANY ATTITUDE TOWARDS AN EXTREMELY VALID REQUEST!!!

They charged me for the shipping label which i did not ship. Iys been almost 3 weeks amd they still did not send me a refund. Also today I noticed they charged me extra some "adjusttment " 7.28$ for the parcel which I sent 2 months ago and it says tgat instead of 3.2lbs for 2 dolls which I declared its 13.3 lbs which is totally unreal . And its obviously false info. Seems like a scam.

The support AI is smart in handling issues and requests.
After looking at all other options after 10 years of being with easyship I came to the conclusion easyship was still the best choice.
Failed their verification process and the next thing I know they closed all my accounts and refused to refund my balance into my credit card stating creation of multiple accounts are in violation of their Terms of Service....
How do you process a transaction, take the money and then do a verification check which when one fails the money is not refunded? and you close all the accounts and tell someone the decision is final.... this is not acceptable and it sounds more like a scam...people be aware of this company and how it refuses to issue refunds.
If I could give them negative stars, I would first of all show. My package is delivered after being in 45 days transit no picture verification. Can’t even call to ask a question because the number has too many numbers. Sounds like a scam to me email don’t get back to people.

In my opinion 1 star is is being generous. The only shipping company to ask for identity verification and once valid passport is uploaded and selfie taken you decline it without explanation and refuse to redo verification. You rely on automated systems and clearly value them over interaction with clients. Support is not supportive at all. I would
personally avoid using this company ever again.
