I was looking for a new company to ship with a few days ago. They decided to text and email me at nearly midnight last night. I asked them to take me off their list but they proceeded to text me aga... See more

They have lost at least 10 packages of mine. They lie to you on their website says 4-7 business days but it actually takes more than 1 month. This is the most ridiculous company I’ve ever used. Be aware and they never solved the issue with me. The worse shipping company ever.

The support help assistant was very helpful and useful
Real problem of a company. Kickstarter creator here - Lots of inflated / hidden charges and fees. They say one price but then charge another. You will think everything is understood and good to go, but you’ll wake up one morning and there’s thousands of dollars of new charges from Easy ship without an explanation as to what it is or where it came from. Then when you file a ticket when they escalate it, you don’t hear back from them. Avoid Easy Ship at all costs.

Reply from Easyship
Apparently they don’t care and give you the runaround. I was charged $2.84 for a lightweight package that shows $0.74 in the label, but that is not the issue the issue is that “that label” can’t be used because is for envelope only. So I requested a refund because the service was not used. They said it is non-refundable ( #1278707) pics attached. The other issue I was overcharged adjusting shipping fees, the weight FedEx says is 9 pounds in something less than 3 pounds, once again they didn’t want to dispute the charge even sending them picture of the item in the scale (#1272681) and they keep sending me messages they didn’t receive the picture. Unbelievable please find attached pictures!

Absolutely horrible experience. I initially asked for advice on the best way to send an important ID document and followed the recommendation I was given. After the first day, my shipment tracking stopped updating. For a full week, I was repeatedly reassured that the issue had been escalated and was being worked on.
When I finally contacted UPS directly, they told me I needed to file an investigation, as it’s not normal for tracking to stop like that. Even then, Easyship continued to reassure me instead of taking action.
After I informed them that UPS advised starting an investigation, Easyship suddenly claimed I should have used a different shipping method—despite the fact that this was the method they originally recommended. They never explained what method I should have used.
My ID is still lost, their communication has been extremely poor, and the whole experience feels misleading and unprofessional and scam-like.
Your reply here doesn't make sense to me, as of right now, I am still waiting for your response and waiting for a refund as the package has been claimed lost.
Unsure about what steps you are talking about.
Also the instant chat only works during the first 10 day trial period after which you only communicate through email..
I still absolutely do not recommend this company.

I set it up in August 2025 and about an hour after I cancelled it because they hid that basic features were missing. I requested a refund (which I am entitled to under EU colling off period) and after many many emails with support they agreed to a refund.
Fast forward to today where I notice I have been billed 4 additional times. I have requested that refund and they have responded that I changed the subscription today (from paid to free). I did this to stop any further billing while they arrange my refund. They claim that the payments are legit.
I have proof in my bank that we got a refund and that through the last support ticket they know we cancelled immediately. Apart from today I have never been back into the account.
So be warned, they are an unscrupulous company that will bill you after cancellation and then ask you to prove it. It is a scam and if this is not resolved this review will stay right here forever.
*20th January update. They say they tried to reach out to me but nothing has changed since I contacted them on Jan 14th. If necessary we will sue them through the European Small Claims Procedure. They say they are 'considering' a refund when this case is very simple. They continued billing me after they acknowledged cancellation in the support ticket in August 2025. They refunded August when we cancelled. There is no ambiguity here, it is as plain as daylight yet they are trying to keep my money.

I have been using Easy ship for 9 months and have had overcharges over $1200 over multiple shipments from Fed Ex through Easy Ship. I have spoken to the Fed Ex Executive Offices and they have told me they have refunded Easy ship. Easy ship keeps making excuses that it will be refunded in 10 days and that was almost 30 days ago. So it is a nightmare trying to get my money back. Being a small business looking for a legitimate shipping company that is not a scam artist. I have been going in circles with customer service. It is a joke that easy ship responds on trust pilot with the email Ha! that I have been emailing trying to get a response and help from.

I do not recommend this, as they dont have real connection with the couriers and constantly lie about parcel status. I lost 2 days with them and will work directly with delivery company

They sent numerous follow-up emails after we said that we aren't interested and requested that they don't send us further emails. Very annoying.
The number of emails was between 6 and 10. If a potential client isn't interested, they will be even less interested after daily emails. PS no update received or required just action to prevent this happening to others.

⭐ Very poor customer service and unresolved refund
I had a shipment cancelled and confirmed by customer support on October 19 (Shipment #ESCA288043357). No package was ever sent, and the tracking clearly shows that nothing was delivered. Despite this, I was still charged for the shipment weeks later.
I contacted customer service multiple times requesting a refund and provided all proof of cancellation, including confirmation from their own support team. I also explained that I chose another courier after receiving CUSMA approval for my products, which avoided an unnecessary $120 tariff fee—another reason this shipment was never used.
It has now been weeks (nearly two months) of follow-ups with no refund and no clear resolution. Each message asks me to wait longer, despite the situation being straightforward and fully documented.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated by the lack of accountability and responsiveness. A refund for a cancelled shipment should not take this long. I am posting this review in hopes of finally receiving the refund I am owed.

Signed up just to have a look around. Within a week I received multiple marketing emails, plus SMS and WhatsApp messages.
I explicitly told them to stop contacting me, yet outreach continued across different channels. This appears non compliant with GDPR, particularly the right to object to direct marketing.
Account deletion is also unnecessarily awkward and requires contacting support instead of a simple option in the dashboard.
The volume and nature of this contact shows very poor data protection practice. I am reporting this to the Data Protection Commission with full evidence.
Left a bad taste and zero trust in how they handle personal data. Would not recommend to anyone.

I used EasyShip to ship a package to BC from Alberta. UPS dropped the package (visible drop damage on the box), and the espresso machine broke. I've started the claim on November 26th and it's now December 22nd and the claim has yet to be completed. A The unit costs as much to repair than the price I sold it it for (and cost of insurance). On top of that, customer has no repair center near them (remote area) and if they were to ship the package to me, it would cost 600 to repair (not including shipping back unit to me and then to customer). Even then, no repair shop has more than 2 of the 6 parts required for repair in stock. Somehow they insist on repair.
Meanwhile , the customer is frustrated, he has a broken machine sitting there for almost a month, can't ship it back to me because it would void the claim (in case they need inspection).
If you are a small business, the last thing you need are angry customers and claim process that takes a month.
On their business page, they boast about their premium insurance taking 5-7 days from beginning of claim till payout, making it faster than dealing with courier company . This is deceptive marketing.
I wish there was a way to NOT take insurance with them, but directly with the shipping company instead . I'm sure that UPS would not have taken a month to process the claim.
I feel like their strategy is to make the claim process as long as possible so that the the seller gives up, refunds the customer, asks customer to ship back product, which basically voids the claim. If customer paid by Paypal or Credit card, they would be able to get back their money leaving you with no choice but to ask the customer to ship back and VOID the claim.
I'm testing multiple companies, and I don't think I will use Easyship for items more than 100$ anymore.
I'll try ShipStation next, hopefully the service is better.
--Update December 28 2025--
Still no response from support. I wonder how they expect a business to tell its customers to hold on a broken item and package for over a month for a claim. They should be ashamed of this level of service.

I run a small farm business shipping lightweight small packaged, clearly documented parcels. Package dimensions and weights are accurately weighed, measured, entered and visible in the Easyship account along with each product and name, weight, dimension etc. It's all available to Easyship to view.
EasyShip has repeadedly applied extreme post-shipping "adjustments" claiming unrealistic weights( for example, charging as if a shipment weighed close to 50lbs for a box containing half a dozen eggs). Anyone with basic shipping experience can see these numbers are impossible.
After a previous incident, I was forced to submit mock shipments, screenshots, and extensive documentation to prove what was already clearly listed in their own system. Only after weeks of effort did they refund the charges, but initially they told me NO but I kept perusing. They then asked me to remove my review, which I did.
After I removed my review, they did it again. They manipulate old shipments. They go through and create falsified information to charge your credit card.
They have now repeated the same behaviour. This time they also charged over $13 for an "address change" that did not occur. The shipping label shows no correction or rerouting.
This is not a one-off mistake. It is a recurring billing practice that places the burden on the customer to constantly audit and dispute charges that should never be applied in the first place.
Lastly, I was charged for a label I could not generate. An email was sent stating it could not be generated, however they charged me for it. The Cancel button on the order also fails to work.
I no longer trust Easyship's billing. These charges are coming from weeks ago and as if they are going through old shipments to charge addtional fee's on to line their pockets.
Update: Since this review, more charges have incurred from old shipments on my credit card. Unauthorized charges such as stating that I shipped a canceled label. That didn't occur and isn't possible. No label was received. They attached an old tracking number to the sale. Completely fraudulent behavior. Multiple charges were also recently incurred on my credit card stating I created numerous labels from the premium section of their site. This is also false.
BEWARE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Constant email harassment from this company. I've reported them to the information commissioner's office. I would suggest that you do the same. They're clearly using AI assistance to email people and lying about it. When I asked them if they were an AI assistant they said no. My next question to them was in Japanese and they responded within 30 seconds.

I have been in constant communication with this joke of a shipping company to arrange collection since 5th November. Since then they have promised a collection date multiple time and each time the person has failed to collect the parcel. This is now the 8th week
This is in conjunction with my experience of DF64 who sent a broken coffee grinder, unsurprisingly their choice of curiour is equally as awful as their product.

Nonstop emails, and 2 text messages. One of them was at 3AM on a Sunday morning. I won't go any further on the number of emails, or the reps name, because I don't want the rep losing their job, and I have plenty past wrongdoings I've needed someone to have mercy and overlook.
The unnamed rep was so aggressive, emailing constantly, texting my private number (stating their name the same as the emails), and I assume this is an issue with the higher ups possibly telling their reps to do this. It was hard to tell, because it seemed like the rep was having fun with me after I addressed them and asked them why they continued to contact me, but I can't prove that. It very well may just be what they're told to do. It's just very inappropriate.
As much as I need to save as much as possible on shipping, I'm concerned I'll start getting texts and emails again. After I finally emailed and asked why they were still contacting me they said if I wanted them to discontinue sending emails to respond and tell them. That doesn't make sense to ask a person who just expressed that they feel like they're being harassed, and are asking why they're still being contacted, to send another email to tell them that I don't want to be contacted if I don't want to be contacted. It doesn't even make sense reading it after I've typed it.
The next morning I got another text to my private number a little after 8am sometime last week. Anyway, I'm only writing this because again I think it’s probably the higher ups pushing the employees to go after everyone so aggressively, and for the sake of everyone's sanity I hope the reviews here on TrustPilot will convince them to change how they do business. Harassing people doesn't get more customers. Most people avoid car dealerships because they don't want a salesman coming out to talk to them. Well, EasyShip shouldn't have any reason to have to convince anyone to use their service. It's really weird to be contacted so much via email and my private number. The savings on shipping should speak for itself if it really saves money.

The rare 1956 Buick Super upper grill trim was total wrecked in shipping. I purchased insurance, it was sent by UPS. I contacted UPS and they apologized, but told me I had to go through Easy Ship to claim back the cost of item and my shipping costs. I filed a claim with easy ship for the price of the grill trim which was $200 usd and for the cost of shipping which was $135.81 cdn for a grand total of $416.50cdn
Easy ship insurance said they paid the claim and were going to credit me $280.69cdn. It showed up as a pending payment refund on my credit card and then disappeared as Easy ship did not follow through with the refund credit. They also did not refund me the shipping costs. It has been a nightmare dealing with easy ship. I just want my credit so I can a close the account. Do not deal with Easy Ship unless you want to be ripped off!!!!

I am an ecomerce business owner that has used easyship for about a year. They are absolutely garbage and are extremely money hungry. The support is all overseas people that can't hjelp much and the site often glitches and doesn't work correctly. Please Take my advice and avoid at all costs.

The WORST customer service imaginable. ZERO support, parcels lost due to their neglect and conversations that are borderline idiotic and always missing the point. So frustrating to work with them. If my entire fullfilment wasn't setup with their system, I would run away.
