If I'd wanted a rubbish screen (lcd) I would of bought one from China or ebay, 2 I've bought and so dull on full brightness. Would rather use my old broken lcds , pathetic don't bother wasting your money!!

Bought an iphone7 replacement screen from easy tech parts ltd. Nov27, 2020 The package received looked perfect(no damage to the packaging whatsoever, the screen in it however did not look very promising, rather low quality and not the A+ I was promised, so I requested a refund right away. Got an email back from John from EasyTechParts declaring that their parts are top quality and if I had installed it? So I said I would install it to verify. Installation itself was a nightmare, the sticker seal I ordered with it from them had dried out ( I replaced my screen twice before using parts from another more expensive supplier so I do know what a decent one looks and feels like). Then the screen proved to be completely off, it was slightly bent (probably from some previous install by another customer) which made that it did not fit properly. Upon testing, it showed a smudged discolloration stain in the screen which basically rendered it useless. And to top it all off, one of the pentalope fittings was just not present anymore, the pentalope screw just could not be fitted and kept falling out plus the home button did not work properly. With this obvious physical damage I just removed the screen again and put the original cracked one again, with which the phone and home button was working again, and ordered from my previous more expensive but reliable supplier. I requested for a refund from EasyTechParts ltd. which John said I would receive, spent about ten euros in addition on returning the broken screen(as I am shipping from outside UK so no return voucher available from EasyTechParts). Upon inquiring about the refund, got the message from John that easytechparts had not received any return parcel. Upon inquiring again (after verifying with my postal service who confirmed everything should have been delivered) I was not getting any response anymore. Up to this date I have not seen any refund. I don't know where easytechparts ltd. got the positive ratings. You can understand I have to advise against risking your money on their service. The guarantee about refunds has not worked for me. I sent an email 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a reply.

I have called the front desk, only to have them say the same thing. I must send an email to the team working from home. 10 emails and 2 weeks later, and still not a single reply.

To be fair, I ordered the wrong replacement screen. I have been wanting to return it and exchange it for the correct one. However, again, not a peep from their email team.

If my phone was not currently in bits, I would gladly never deal with this company again.

Edit: After reading the reply from Easy Tech Parts Ltd to my review, I sent yet another email, which to no surprise, was completely ignored again. Will most certainly never do business with them again

brilliant company and so helpful, I received my new iPhone screen and realised it was the wrong one ,it was no trouble I reordered the right one and got accredit on my wrong order , very efficient and user friendly company, I recommend easy tech every time.

Easy to navigate your website. The whole process from selecting and ordering the parts to delivery was great. Price was surprisingly low and instructions easy to follow. You made the whole process enjoyable and a great sense of achievement when I started up my iPad after replacing the faulty parts. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Very quick turnaround and good communication. I ordered a screen that was unfortunately found to be faulty on arrival. Part was returned and replaced with no hassle at all. Very good service. Will definitely use again.

I Purchased a replacement screen and digitiser for an iphone8, unfortunately the product is a poor imitation of an Apple OEM product. Colour saturation is poor, vivid reds are opaque, the touch screen when pressed / holding a finger is very laggy throughout the device, not just certain apps. As I’m typing this the bottom corner buttons on the keypad should be a rich grey, they are an opaque blue grey. The screen and digitiser were professionally installed by a third party. On the whole very disappointed. I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking of buying this product - don’t do it!!
