Helpful service at reasonable prices

This is the second time I've used EasyTerra and again found them to be excellent. They provide useful advice before picking up the car and were so helpful when Avis tried to charge me for another week in Florida. They're excellent value for money in comparison to other companies. Would definitely use them again.

BEWARE of smallprint

BEWARE of smallprint. If you arrive 2 hours or more late the car may not be kept for you. 2 hour delays often happen when flying. Would not use them again due to this clause

A SCAM

A SCAM! After letting them know in upfront about our flight delay we were told they will not wait after 10pm…….so forced to rent another car at arrival with no refund, excuses or what so ever!! CHEAP = MORE EXPENSIVE

Rented a car through EasyTerra ( Avec car rental Turkey) with all-in insurance online. At arrival I had to pay 59€ extra for all-in insurance. Their explanation "we have a contract with you, not with EasyTerra". Never again!

Zero Integrity

I've used them in the past--they work well if every duck is in a row.

This time our flight was delayed over 7 hours, and when we arrived, the FOX/Eurocar desk was closed--and we needed to get a car to drive to our destination another 2 ½ hours away. I had called FOX during the delay, but was told there was no way they could pass word to the desk in Atlanta.

After the fact (and after we paid for another rental car) FOX said they didn't have our money, but that EasyTerra did.

I filed the refund request online. They replied with an email asking for details. I got a letter from Southwest admitting it was the airline's fault we were delayed. I also called EasyTerra, and spoke with Andrew, who affirmed if I sent everything in via email it would be handled.

Not a word from them now for almost a month. I keep sending emails with the attachments they requested, but no replies.

I lost money that I don't have to throw away.

They lost a customer who will tell others about this kind of customer service. Zero integrity.

A very bad experience after renting more than seven years

I am a customer at Easy Terra for about 7 years and rented more than 20 times with them but this time it went very wrong when I wanted to change a booking.

Easy Terra has a 48-hour free cancellation policy.
Before the 48 hours had passed, I noticed that renting the same car under the same conditions was now €70 cheaper, so I wanted to cancel the rental and make a new booking at the lower price.
As it was no longer possible to cancel via the website (you have to call them within 72 hours before the start of the rental), I called them but got an automated message saying that they were unavailable (it was 6:15 p.m.) and that I should call them the next day, i.e. within those 48 hours. I immediately sent a message via their website stating that I wanted to cancel or change the rental followed by an automatic confirmation of receipt.

The next day, I called them in the morning and, despite being able to prove with the email confirmation that I contacted them in time, they refused to credit the price difference, whether due to cancellation or change. They also insisted that I could have reached them by phone, effectively calling the customer a liar.
The only thing they offered was a cancellation charge for €50 followed by a new booking at the low price, which effectively meant a price difference of approximately €20 instead of €70. The customer service representative said he had no access to messages between the customer and the organisation and asked me to email the confirmation, which I did. He then stated that the confirmation did not show any substantive information, which I had already told him, and that he could therefore not help me.
I then informed him that the errors were entirely Easy Terra's fault and that they should provide a solution. He said he would pass it on to another department and that I would hear back. That was the end of the conversation.

UPDATE:
They just called me and told me that they would cancel the reservation and give me a full refund.

Rented a car via EasyTerra

Rented a car via EasyTerra. They indicated that an additinal driver and babyseat would cost approx. €22. When we got to the car rental (OK Mobility) we had to pay €154 (650% increase). They said this happens all the time with EastTerra they lure you in with low prices and then when you are at the desk the prices are much higher. Very misleading and dodgy practices. Service desk subsequently says this is the prices of the rental company which they can’t influence. Worst experience, never rent here I would say
