I booked a car trough this company and they are JUST broker
I signed at police t be covered for any damagage by the company Rentalcover.com and paid them alot to be safe.
I apeared on time ad asked for my car by DelPasso and they made everything ready to hand out the keys, but before I had to pay €220 for nothing as I had paid already to Retalcover.com
They made laugh of me internal ( I understand most of it as I can understand Spanish)
I was pissed of and told them that I would not pay more The desk person Florian Neacsu said if you dont pay we will keep the key here and nothing will be refounded
What is that good for I was unwilling to pay but my TRUST to ANY CarRental Company in Malaga Airport is at the lowest level and I wil Never EVER rent from here again

THE company EasyTerra refuse to refound my insurrance that I paid 2 times so both EASYTERRA and DelPasso are criminals SO NEVER BOOK HERE

Great service, simple UI. Always been reliable and have a good match between the assessment on their site and the actual rentals.

Not Recommended. There is no way to contact the company. No phone number no chat no emails. Just a few AI basic information. Booked a car in Stockholme. Had a very bad experience

Easy to find a car with full insurance

I rented a car of easyTerra when I was in the Netherlands and paid completely for it. But after arriving at the airport in Spain I couldn't get the car because ik didnt have any credit card password. And easyterra didn't help me en didn't answere their telephon. And after contact with their urgent number didn't help me. My money is gone and stayed without car.

We are at T1 Perth airport, to day the 5th February 2025 at 13.26 WA time. Tiring from looking for Easyterra rent car at the airport as promised. We booked it yesterday.
No one to see or to contact at the airport. No telephone number to call. We rented the car from 5th to 8th February 2025. What shall we do now?

It's a scam.
They feed you with misleading information making you think you make a good deal. Paying TOTAL price to them. First they tell you the car you rent will be picked up at the terminal, no at the very end they inform you that you need a shuttle service. Makes things more complicated and takes more time. Second and the worst is the initial info is Full to Full. You end upp att the rental company being forced to pay 175 Euros in adm fee plus super expensive fuel in advance. Be very very careful with them and you have to read every line on the voucher before you book in order not to be sheeted. By the way it's not EasyTerra it's actually CarTrawler hiding behind the name. And never book anything which has to do with Delpaso car rental in Malaga.

Bad service and didn’t get the promised car incl equipment.
Even though order confirmation they didn’t stand up to this and just ignored us. We had to rent another car and we’re overcharged without compensation.

Completely unacceptable experience. We rented a car with equipment included according to the order confirmation, but upon arrival, Europcar informed us that the equipment was never available, and the company was aware of this. We were never notified, resulting in additional costs far beyond our budget. Customer service ignores our inquiries and takes no responsibility. Would not recommend.

Direct and efficient service

Great prices, wide choice and very responsive to my questions.

We rented a car through EasyTerra in Newfoundland, Canada. When submitting the car, we had to pay 700 EUR more than agreed. I complained to Easyterra. I was notified back that I would only get a response after 3 months. After 4 months, I still had not heard back. They cannot be reached by phone, so back via the form. Again response that I have to wait 8 to 12 weeks for a response. I am still waiting...
They are very quick to help you sign a contract, but if something goes wrong afterwards you end up at the very bottom of the pile.

I always use Easy Terra. They are trustful. Always great service. I highly recommend.

I had some trouble finding the contact at the airport (for whoever needs it: when you leave the airport, turn right and walk until you find a parking space. They are standing right there).

After that all went quick and easy. We got a really new car which was nice. Returning the car after a week was also no problem. They did their inspection and nothing was wrong with it. And our deposit on the creditcard was cleared as promised.

Considering the fact that I am very aware of scams all over the world with car rentral companies I was very pleasantly surprised by these people.

Paid the car online, but on arrival we didn't get the car because they didn't accept my card.
Very unfriendly and didn't get money back.
Never trust this company

I have used easyterra many times; the website is easy to negociate and understand. the links with rental companies have always been good and efficient. I will continue to use easyterra.
