The worst selling platform ever

I didn’t make any mistake. The seller from the USA sent me a completely wrong item. I repeatedly asked for the shipment to be stopped while it was still in the USA. After countless conversations with customer support and multiple representatives, I genuinely did everything I could, but nobody helped me.

I had €1,800 tied up for more than two months, even though I did everything correctly. I returned the item immediately, opened support requests, and resolved everything with the seller. The seller even admitted that they had sent the wrong replacement part, yet I still received no meaningful help.

I’ve deleted the app and will never use eBay again. I also had problems with other purchases, but this situation is completely unacceptable. In my opinion, this platform should be sued and shut down.

A month ago i had some issues with ebay…

A month ago i had some issues with ebay due to my debit card not being compatible with theur system and i had to refund a buyer,after taking the money from my bank account they sent it back so i decided to send it back to them through online banking,now on my ebay balance it says i have to pay again,i called them over 7 times already and they always tell me the same thing “its in process it will be done in 3 days no worries “ in the meantime i keep getting emails that they gonna contact an collection agency eventho i showed proof that i have paid,what should i do? Had this happen to anyone?

I was a happy ebay customer for 20…

I was a happy ebay customer for 20 years. Now I am getting really fed up with the combined postage situation, there is no chance at checkout to ask the seller for a combined price. Ebay has been just adding up all the single postages for my recent items and charging the total, even if the seller says there is a cap and reduction. The postage situation has been going on for a while and I'm tired of it. Give us back ask the seller for the combined postage price button

eBay protects frauds

I contacted with ebay, they dont answer 7 days but anwered after 2d reminder that it was deleted because break the rules. When I told that it is exactly not break the rules and ask to give me example - they closed my request

Scam artist, and crooks

They have the worst customer service ever and I sold something for $50 and the only thing they sent me out of my money was $9.96. They kept $40 in fees. I’ll never sell anything on eBay again in fact I’ll be shutting my account they’re freaking scam artist and their crooks.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!!!! Do not shop with them at all costs!!!! The seller sent me the wrong product. I did a negative review. They sided with the seller and removed my review so no one saw my review and the sellers ratings stayed high.

Not the worst experience

Not the worst experience, but definitely not what I expected from eBay!!! The process was confusing, support was not very helpful and I felt like the problem took much longer than it should. I hope they improve the customer service and make things easier for buyers.

Would Ebay have ever paid me?

I sold an item on Ebay but was not familiar with the process. My ride on mower sold within a few days for £650, the buyer arranged to have it collected and taken to Lithuania. I understood I had to get a code from the buyer but was not sure how to do that. The buyer arrived with some people who would take the mower. The buyer was not familiar with buying on Ebay. I tried to copy there QR code many times but it did not work. Eventually we managed to put a code number into my phone which was accepted. The buyers had paid Ebay several days before collection. After two days of checking my bank account I found an on line article that suggested I withdraw money from Ebay. This worked and then Ebay emailed me to confirm what I already new. I found the whole process complex as I am elderly and would not wish to repeat it.

Worst customer service on the planet.
Seller sent the wrong item. Ebays customer service forces me to return it to the seller at my exspense. Seller does not pick up the returned parcel so it is returned to me again, once again at my exspense. 51 Euro. Ebay deletes my negative feedback on the seller despite it being within Ebays standards and rules. Beyound horrible customer treatment!

I would almost give 5 Stars

I would almost give 5 Stars. Overall excellent.
We have always tried to buy thru them whenever possible, and that’s most of the time. Our last purchase through them went missing/never delivered. They quite swiftly resolved it. We did have to be insistent about non arrival, but they then reviewed it and we were refunded.

Scammers

After a month and a half of waiting, the seller only sent me a tracking number yesterday. The package was in my city 20 days ago and no one informed me about it. No one knows where it is now. The seller WFDZDE doesn't care, eBay doesn't care. Luckily it was a 9 euro remote control. You are a disaster of a site. Completely disorganized!!!! Avoid it if you don't want problems!!!!

The items cant sell in your region - that massege i recive whan try to buy dju stabilizer or dji frone from seller 200 km far from me in same country - Germany! support dont want to help and cant... i send a lot of videous photos - result nothing - or answer like-" you apply our rules so...." it was a good place to buy and sell, but now i think you need to be very careful with it

It’s time Move away from eBay

I’m really disappointed. In 7 years I’ve seen a lot. I am a 100% feedback buyer and seller. Things are getting worse and worse. Bought an IPad Pro 11” paid about 220€ , was said in good condition, after 4 months the battery was dead and I couldn’t ask anything and no warranty. So I bought a battery and let it repair for another 60€ . Total 90€ more. In all this, no warranty by anyone. After 1 week, got broken the display. Tired I decided to sell it on eBay as defect but same and was bought for 30€ to send it back if in opinion doesn’t correspond to what written. This after they remove what they need and resend it back refunded. Another iPad Pro bought there, same problem, changed battery but after couple weeks stopped working. Sold in eBay for 25€ and now the buyer want I accept back refund him because he says the iPad is open a bit and smells like battery destroyed. I sold it as defect and the only thing you hear is a bip like the one switch on but not working the display, I don’t know. He confessed is a technician and eBay gave him the chance to block my founds due his request to send it back and he added as proof the pictures I USED ON THE AUCTION

Extremely negative experience with the seller Yumara13. I will never buy from them again and do not recommend them to anyone.
After payment, it turned out that the final cost was significantly higher due to additional fees and import/customs charges that were not clearly disclosed in advance. This feels misleading and unfair.
The most frustrating part is the lack of proper customer support. Responses are generic and do not resolve the issue. Returns are either not accepted or made so complicated that they are practically pointless.
With this kind of customer service, the high rating is questionable. Buying here means risking paying more than expected and not having proper protection as a buyer.
Strongly not recommended. Better choose another seller and save your time, money, and nerves.

The worst site you can shop at

The worst site you can shop at. They let chinese sellers in that fake their location so that it looks like they’re from Germany. Then when their cheap stuff breaks they totally ghost you, never answering any questions, total silence. They leave no guarantees. Ebay apparently thinks this is ok because they ”can’t do anything”. Great policy. Avoid ebay and chinese sellers. This one in particular is called bestproduct998. Let me assure you, there is nothing ”best” about their products.

The big problem with this organization is that it removes both negative and neutral customer reviews. As a result, sellers who cheat are encouraged and do so more and more. I contacted support several times (which is also very difficult) and they most irresponsibly explained to me that I did nothing wrong, but ... they will not restore my review.
