Tried to book a flight via Ebookers online but credit card failed even though there was no problem with it (I confirmed this my credit card company). Rang Ebookers to make the booking manually. First guy entered all our data very, very slowly, constantly repeating things. When it got to the point of initiating the booking his computer didn't work and after repeated attempts he had to give up and transferred us to a colleague. I had to listen to Music On Hold for 10 minutes before the second person answered. I then had to repeat my booking in full, which again was painfully slow as the guy constantly had to repeat words and letters. Finally the booking went through after approximately one hour! All in all a very painful and unpleasant experience which is a pity because my partner and I use Ebookers regularly.

My first reservation was completely cancelled just because one independent domestic flight's time was changed and you could not reach me in 3 hours! That was ridiculous. You should keep trying minimum 3 days to reach me not 3 hours! There are still 3 months to flight! What is your rush for? Because of this, I had to wait a week to get the money back to my credit-card and book again. Also, the system still shows the same wrong flight time! I hope that you won't come up with other surprises...

It would have been nice to be able to switch the language of the website to English, however it was not an issue as I am reasonably fluent in German.

The travel document was not as easy to read as others I have received but overall it was a good experience. I'd be happy to use this service again.

Ebookers site provides more options to filter flights and offers better flights than other sites, as judged by both price and connection times. This is particularly important when booking multiple flight travel, not just a simple round-trip.
Despite some minor technical problems, the site and emails work fine on my Mac, which is as true with some others. The email info sent is substantial and very useful.
On those rare occasions where I needed to talk to staff the support has been very good.

I always look for ebookers when reserving a flight because of their simple ability to process international credit cards (US based).

It was quick and the price was by far better than other platforms.

I booked a flight to and from various desitiantion and the system gave me attractive pricing, however once I tried to fully book my flights I was told the price has changed - that happend about 5 times until I had to chang all parameters for another flight.

Just the typical exhausting process your can expect fron such services.....
