Thank you very much for the simple booking process. It would be nice if you can also display the information regarding the baggage at the time of booking.

Due to a problem with ebookers website I ended up with three reservations for one night. The customer support experience couldn't have been worse. I will definitely make a big story out of this in the social media how "caring" ebookers is acting towards their clients.

Hotel itself is all right, would give 3 out of 5 stars for it. Attention is unacceptable. Got here on Sunday and they would not accept my reservation via ebookers, because the responsable personnel does not work on weekends. Acted like it was my fault for having booked via ebookers, no apologies or whatsoever. Ended up paying again and was told to be reimbursed later. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE!

Payment was confirmed but in the Hotel they said they did not receive the payment from Ebookers yet.

Me and my wife were satisfied with hotel in every single way. Nice and polite staff, clean room, good bedding, near to the center of the city.

We were very satisfied by finding a flight at reasonable rates despite booking on shprt notice. Different from other services, the confirmation came as promised within 2 hours and solved a lot of uncertainties. This was not the first time, we this positive experience with ebookers. Hence: next time my first shop to stop by,...., promoised :)
