Great shop has everything
We brought our elderly mother into the Scunthorpe shop to look at some walking aids which she had been reluctant to get. Lovely shop and a really friendly young man assisted mum with what she needed. The first one she tried she decided to buy with no hesitation, we were amazed and she loves it. Would definitely recommend this shop

Vicky at Scarborough shop was patience personified! We went into the shop with a totally different idea of what we wanted to what we bought. Thanks to Vicky's very helpful assessment of our needs we were able to make a fully informed decision of which mobility scooter was best for our needs. Vicky was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Not at all pushy. She wanted us to have the scooter which suited us best and we know, that thanks to her expertise, we have bought just that. She moved heaven and earth to get the scooter delivered earlier than originally promised so that we could have it for the next country show. We cannot thank her enough. This is a very friendly store, with highly trained and very helpful staff. I cannot recommend them too highly for their quality product and concerned staff.

I had a wonderful experience with clare in the peterborough store, she was extremely catering and wonderful with explaining the products she had available and matching the budget I had, really made me feel heard and cared for while i was there, she offered me a cup of tea while we went through the catalogue and found the one that would best suit my needs, a wonderful experience and i will absolutely be returning to this store.

After being completely let down and confused by two other incompetent mobility dealers in Portsmouth (who actually told me not to try Eden!), walking into Eden Mobility Portsmouth was the best decision I ever made.I spent a few hours in the shop, and the absolute dream team of Rebecca, Ryan, Steph, and Peter put in an amazing effort. They are so incredibly caring and truly listen to their customers. They even made me a cup of tea exactly how I like it—strong, a little milk, and a bit of cold water. That tiny detail proved just how thoughtful and attentive they really are!They cleared up all my confusion about insurance and my specific needs with so much patience and kindness. I never felt rushed, and they even took a lovely photo of me posing with my new scooter! These four deserve double wages for the deeply caring, top-tier service they provide.Thank you all so much for your warmth and for helping me get my amazing new scooter. First Class Service
I was in town with my mum yesterday (30/7/26) and the bottom part of her walking stick came apart. She thought she’d lost a small part from it that held it altogether, so we went into Eden Mobility to see if they could help us. We saw Camilla, who was very helpful. She took a look at it, and it turned out that my mum hadn’t lost anything. It had just come loose. She went out of her way to help us. I was so grateful as I didn’t really know what to do! She tightened it all up for my mum and also gave her the gadget that she used. We couldn’t ask for better service, so thank you very much, Camilla!
