Never having heard of Electrocentre Ltd before, I was a bit dubious about ordering from them, but their price for the washing machine I wanted was so much better than everywhere else, I decided to go for it. Order confirmed at 10:00am and by 4pm the same day I had received a phonecall to inform me that my washing machine would be delivered the NEXT DAY - wasn't expecting that!
As promised, the driver called me when they were about an hour away (allowing me to go and do some shopping in the morning rather than waiting in all day), he turned up, delivered and unpacked the new machine and would have taken the old one away if I hadn't already got rid of it.
All-in-all, great service at great prices. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a TV on the Thursday (for a great price) and it arrived first thing on Saturday. Very good company! Highly recommended.

My nephew had bought a washer which I was impressed with and he told me about this site. My current washing machine has given up, so I had a look at Electrocentre site. I must admit I was still very dubious as you hear all sorts of stories about on line purchases and I had never bought anything electrical online before. I read reviews but still wasn't 100% convinced!! But after comparing comparing prices I decided to take the plunge and I couldn't wish for a better service! They kept me informed,and the delivery was really quick. I would defiantly recommend using this site and would purchase again from them.

Can't fault the experience - ordered Thursday, delivered Saturday morning, and this was a 65" TV, mind!

I'd definitely recommend Electrocentre to anyone! Saved £80 on my new Samsung fridge/freezer versus anywhere else I could find online and also received next day delivery despite not even really needing it! The deliver driver kept me fully informed of where my goods were and what time they would arrive. Upon arrival they quickly unloaded the item, placed it in my kitchen, unwrapped it for me and took a photo for their records to prove there was no damage. All in all, a great shopping experience. I'll certainly be checking them out for any electricals I need in the future.

Ordered product on Friday then took delivery Saturday morning, best price on Internet had searched for 6 weeks, delivery free, staff very friendly.

After reading a review on the WHICH website I decided on a Bosch washing machine and the Electrocentre was the cheapest place to buy it, They delivered on the day I asked and removed my old appliance at no extra cost. Great care was placed on the care of delivery and not to damage anything

This was my first purchase and I was a little unsure if to buy or not. The price was the cheapest around with free delivery.
So I went ahead and purchased my washer. So glad I did, the order placed and the delivery was made within 3 days. The driver rang to say I was the next delivery so I had time to leave work. They brought the washer in, unpacked and checked it with me. I could no have asked for a better delivery. I would definately buy again and would recommend them to family and friends.

From ordering to delivery,I cannot fault this trader. I found washing machine I'd been looking for at very reasonable price & big plus was no delivery charge. Communication was A+. Prompt delivery with well mannered & efficient own delivery men. Cannot comment on efficiency of item as we're having new kitchen fitted so machine not in situ. Electrics all working & exterior perfect,if it performs as well as my friends who has same model,I'll be very happy. I would highly recommend electrocentre & will certainly use them again.

I ordered my washer at 4.45pm Monday evening, got a reply at 5.10pm to say it was on it's way, then got another e-mail at 6pm to say it was being delivered on Tuesday, the next day and that was at no extra charge. What else can you say, apart from recommending them to everyone.

Bought a Bosch washing machine was delivered in 48 hours, very pleased with the service and cheaper then anywhere else.

Decided to give this company a go after reading good reviews about them.

Fast and speedy delivery

We got a £110 off on the Samsung 37 inch tv model we were looking for - way better than all other places I searched. Found electrocentre quite far down the list in a Google search - glad I continued to check! Delivery was very fast, came next day, no problems at all. Loved it, will come again.

I ordered a Bosch Washing Machine on Thursday early afternoon and I expected delivery the following week. Much to my surprise I received a call from Electrocentre 3 hours later informing me that the delivery would be on Friday morning and that the driver would phone me beforehand advising me of the approx time of arrival of he machine. He contacted me at 09.30 hrs a.m. and the delivery was 30. minutes later. The delivery men took the old machine away and left the new one in my kitchen. Everything went like clock work and I am extremely happy with my purchase and the
professional manner Electrocentre handled my order. THANK YOU from a very satisfied customer.

Great quality machine. A fantastic price and much cheaper than other online sellers. Offered recycle of my old machine for a reasonable price too. Delivered free, quickly and on time. The delivery guys were helpful and let us know the delivery time.
