I live in Aberdeen, and the free delivery service is for a Saturday, which suited me fine.

Ordered LG Washing machine on the Wednesday, got a call on the Saturday to say they would be about 90 minutes, which they were. It was actually going to my dads so I wanted it put in my shed for now. Even so they unboxed it to allow me to check it over, then boxed it back up and put it in the shed.

It now installed and working perfectly. Can't believe how quiet the LG's are.

I have dealt with Electrocentreltd previously as I had ordered my LG washing machine from them previously. I ordered a chest freezer and wanted a specific colour and was told by another company that the chest freezer did not come in the colour grey. I went online to Electro, found the colour I wanted to compliment the colour of my fridge freezer, ordered the said item and they confirmed with an email, telephone call on the day to say what time they would be arriving, delivered the chest freezer, inspected the freezer to ensure no damage, took pictures as stipulated in the email and offered to take away of the old freezer and remove the wrappings. Very happy with Electro and will definitely use them again.

Was looking for an American style fridge freezer to replace the crap SAMSUNG I purchased several years ago. Ordered one on line from Electrocentre at 6.30pm on the Thursday evening and it was delivered to me at 7.50 am on the Saturday morning. The two delivery guys could not have been any better. Excellent service from start to finish. The price was over £100 cheaper than any other site on the net. Would certainly recommend this company.

Ordered on Monday and had the machine by Thursday. Delivery man in contact and gave me a good idea of when he'd be here. Machine delivered and old one taken away with no fuss.

Not only were they the most competitive price, the service was first rate. I live in middle Norfolk, that's a long way from the Midlands. Within a few days we had our purchase delivered by two of the best guys we have had deliver to us. Our purchase was heavy, they brought it in, unpacked it, made sure it was undamaged and smiled all the way through.
This company really does deliver an all round top shop service.

Cheapest deal on the internet, and also had a very high Trust Pilot rating. Got delivered (washing machine) within 2 days.

Bought a TV from these guys excellent service all round from ordering to delivery.

The freezer itself is superb. Loads of space. While the fan is on there's obviously a little noise, but we bought this for the garage, (as unlike many it's rated to -15 outside of the freezer itself) this doesn't worry us at all.

The item was delivered quickly - ordered on Saturday, delivered on Wednesday by two very polite staff. A call the day before and they rang my mobile and waited a couple of minutes when inevitably popping out to the shop triggered their arrival!

My only suggestion would be that they could do with some kind of communication a day or so after order (I did get a call the day before) as hearing nothing for a few days doesn't match that of other e-based businesses. That's a really minor point, but worth mentioning.

You can go wrong with this freezer from these people - plus it was a good price without having to set the price off against shopping vouchers with short expiry dates as with their main competitor.

Driver wouldn't take old appliance away, stated "it's not my problem". Delivered item inspected and foot was broken. Manufacturer serviced it a week after delivery and wrote it off, saying foot had been smashed in transit.
