Was shocked to read these bad reviews after just receiving my item which arrived within 24 hours. The only downside was that I didn't receive any tracking information and was just by good luck I happened to be at home when my item did arrive

They have no clue how to service customers. After I ordered a frigde on the homepage I waited and waited and I heard NOTHING from them about delivery. I called they only speak Spanish so I had a friend calling. It took her an hour to get through and then they told her to call another number. After another hour of trying to get in touch with them she talked to a very rude girl. The girl in the telephone said that they where coming TODAY, no warning, no specific time and I had to go to airport and pick up a friend. We ask for a time another and she said it was impossible. Now I had to cancel the order after I waited 2 weeks. I still haven't received a refund or anything and I guess that my money and time is lost.

No tienen idea de cómo atender a los clientes. Después de ordenar una fragata en la página de inicio, esperé y esperé y no escuché nada de ellos sobre la entrega. buenas tardes. La empresa Integra2 ha intentado entregarle el frigorífico desde el 3/08, aún sin tener un teléfono español al que llamar para avisarle. No han podido acceder a la urbanización sin autorización y han estado esperando hasta 15 minutos y al no recibir soluciones, se han tenido que marchar. Informarle además, que usted recibió un correo de pedido enviado con el tracking y la empresa que lo llevaba para poder hablar con ellos si lo necesitaba, y no lo hizo. Y por último explicarle que en nuestra empresa no trabaja gente grosera. Muchas gracias!
