worst service EVER.
got answered after 6 days!! but, when i got a survey about how was there service, and i rated as super bad, someone send me a message within 10 minutes hahahaha
that is bad guys, super bad!! a bad service always win good product.

Honestly, I can not live without my Stream Deck.

It is probably one of the most versatile devices I have for my computer. There is simply no end to what you can do with it.

I also have their Key Light... and wow!

And their Facecam... simply the best camera on the market!

I think Elgato does a very good job of buying the market, they control the sector that they are in with paid for product reviews at targeted people with this audience, and their tech is permanently faulty, I have 8 devices from Elgato and more than half don't work as described, on top of that they do not care about their customers at all, the customer service had me troubleshooting for a month, I had enough of this and asked for an exchanged they said I can but at my expense. I'm buying another product and hoping for a refund from a company I do not trust. I'd personally say avoid at all costs.

I have owned several EL Gato products including a stream deck, a capture card and most recently the Wave 3 microphone. At one time paying a little more for EL Gato products seemed like a good choice, but with my experience it has not been the case. Over time all of the above products let me down with compatibility issues during software updates and poor tech support. The wave 3 sound quality become so bad I just got rid of it after less than a year of use. I tried everything, wasted a lot of time and in the end it just didn't do the job. That's kind of been my experience with all EL Gato products. Sad but true. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Please don’t support this product until its fix ( 3 years and no software update)

I have the elgato hd pro, video capture, and the amount of problems it makes is unplayable im streaming and playing apex legend a competitive game, and any second of delay or when a screem will froze will cost you the game or the tournament, its a living nightmare I promise myself that after this capture nightmare of a card i will never buy a card from them, the list of problems are your screen will alt tab cuz of the card will change resolution or what not in the pc, I tried everything its just the software is horrible , don buy this product the amount of black screen for like 10 seconds and game resolution that change is just huge.

I bought an Elgato HD60S for 220 dollars in 2019 september of 2019 but startet to activley use it in the end of 2019 or start of 2020. But after nearly 2 years later my elgato startet do this thing where it loses audio during a stream/recording if you want to get a good capture card go for hdmi video capture/USB capture cards instead they're cheaper and just as good as an elgato.

And i use windows, windows 10

Elgato's sleek products have software bugs. Elgato doesn't care. Their customer support strategy is to throw the problems back at you. Bewarw

Rip Off company which claims things work on Apple Mac.

THEY DO NOT.

I run Catalina on a 32 Gig IMAC which I currently use for Music Production. I purchased a HD60 S for 60Fps Gaming along with OBS. They claim to have a plugin that works alongside this which is why I paid out £130 for the capture card.

Guess what? It does not work. Constant audio loss and drops via the capture card when streaming. I am honestly disgusted that this company takes peoples money whom purchase products for MAC when they clearly do not work properly.

I will be making a video about this for my channel and warning people not to buy terrible products for MAC.

I Purchased 2 Keylight, Green Screen and the brand new FACECAM which are great but stay away from the capture cards.

Elgato Key Light Air... what to say, the most annoying thing you will ever setup..

1 - You need an internet comnection 2.4ghz
2 - You will need an app...
3 - They are so annoying to setup

Okay, these lights, if you get them setup pray to god you will never have to move because then you will struggle all over again.

It takes about 20-100 tries from when you actually get them to find the correct network and enter your wifi paasword till they actually connect.. inbetween you will need to reset them over and over and over again.. and they will disconnect your phone every single time too..

When do comnect, then they are pretty nice, but these are horrible to setup and therefore i gave this bad review

HD60S was advertised to work on Mac. Since I bought it the sound cuts out after a few minutes. They have now changed their website to say only the HD60s+ works on Mac but won't refund me or let me exchange

Great experience with Elgato. Purchased a 4k Capture Card from Currys and somehow, the USB connector became bent.

I went straight to Elgato, who arranged for a return and replacement. Above and beyond what I expected from them in all honesty.

Got a StreamDeck & Capture card. Both work really well! They helped me with an issue I had with the Streamdeck and a external program that didn't work correctly together and were quite quick about it!

great hardware but useless software and support,
real difficulties getting wireless headphones and speakers to work when the wave 3 is connected.

I have my card under warranty 4k60 s+ i bought it from ebay and power adapter was lost
I wanted to buy a new power adapter but the support said its only covered under warranty and they dont sell it so far so good later i was informed that my card is under warranty but due to me buying it from 3rd party they said they cant replace it and they cant sell me a new power adpater
not just a bad company but bad service too worst of the worst out there i regret buying it
PS it took them 14 days to inform me the result

I bought a HD60 S capture card, and when i got the box it was broken from water damage, and the card itself was fully openable into the motherboard.

Not a great experience from Elgato, and they have not answered my refund request yet after a week...

Purchased a Wave 3 Mic. Good price and high quality products. Best Digital Mic I have use so far, amazing.

I returned a Key Light with a faulty power supply to Elgato last month. The RMA process was a nightmare and had the least accessible courier outlets possible. That aside, I've been chasing my refund since they received the goods. The customer service is unbelievably slow. They wanted to refund via PayPal (not return to the Company Credit Card used to buy it) but I asked if they could return to bank and they can (easier for our accounting). It's been another week waiting for any refund. I've had to chase yet again today ... only to be told that the bank transfer was "rejected" and could I check my account number again. My account details were correct though. It's glaringly noticeable that no-one contacted me to say that the refund had not gone through. In my view that is despicable, unethical business practice - hence the 1 star review. If we weren't on top of things, we'd have trusted that to happen. Instead, they keep the money and don't say they've still got it!!! How bad is that?! So back now to emailing them once again because I clearly cannot trust them to return money for a faulty product. In contrast, I bought a different Key Light with the exact same fault from Amazon and it was swapped out within 2 days and refunded with a fully working unit. Benchmark that service level Elgato/Corsair.

I bought a HD60S capture for my nintendo switch, When the card is working its really great, very low latency, good quality stream, but it's always difficult to get it working after shutting it down for many days. You have to unplug and plug everything again in order to make it work.

I purchased the Elgato Wave 3 Mic, All I could say is that I love it. Not only for my stream but for everyday use. Mostly because of the Wavelink software. Basically its a digital mixer, So I can set levels to all my audio by feeding it through the Wavelink software. I was able to connect it to my StreamElements and it sounds crispy clear. I went ahead and mounted on an arm just to not pick up the clicking of my mechanical keyboard. I would recommend anyone the Wave 3 as it also rules out having to purchase GO-XLR Mixer. This is just the tip of what Elgato has to offer streamers. Also functions well with Steamdeck with functions you can add as well. The Wave3 has a headphone jack on the back to plug in your headphones and have ZERO latency. So you can also hear what your stream hears as well.

Great job Elgato! Love your products, cant wait till you make some high resolution streamer Webcams!

I recently launched myself into the gaming live streaming and after reading reviews the Elgato capture cards were the way to go. They offer free software to stream and record your gameplay.

Ive been using the capture card now for around 3 months with no issues and I contacted customer services once with a question and it was answered promptly and diligently.

I would recommend Elgato both for the hardware, software and customer service.
