As a travel agent, I booked a transfer for my guests.
The driver contacted me via WhatsApp the day before the transfer to confirm the booking. He even arrived ahead of schedule, which was ideal for the guests, as they had already check out and were waiting at the reception. The car was clean, and the ride was comfortable. The driver was friendly and helped the guests with their luggage. My guests were very satisfied and highly recommend him.

Kim Jina was the most wonderful driver who was caring and made sure things ran smoothly! This was my first time in South Korea and she did her best to make sure the pickup was nice and efficient. Very thoughtful when driving even providing water.

My drivers in Miami was amazing Yitsenia from the airport and Anier from the hotel to the airport.. Very punctual and excellent communication via WhatsApp. Anier is a very kind and empathetic person. Excellent service in Miami, I highly recommend them

Rude driver with an attitude, terrible communication.
Made my wife and my mother in law scared of him at the LGA airport, Company uses unlicensed drivers.
This company has terrible reviews, unfortunately, here is one more. Don't try, they will disappointed you!

Absolutely unacceptable and completely unreliable service.

On the first ride, the driver failed to meet me in the arrivals hall as clearly agreed, causing unnecessary stress after landing. To make matters worse, the driver was smoking inside the car, which is shocking, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a paid transfer service.

On the return journey to Stansted Airport, the service collapsed entirely. The driver never showed up, did not contact me, and did not answer the phone despite multiple calls. I was left stranded and forced to book an Uber at the last minute, which made me late for the airport and at risk of missing my flight.

This company shows a total lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care. Airport transfers require reliability. This service delivers the opposite. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using this company if timing and peace of mind matter to you.

The company decided to cancel my transport from my hotel to the airport and didn’t let me know they canceled. My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. I told my driver the day before it might happen. He said don’t worry the manager will assign another driver. When the flight was cancelled I immediately informed the driver. He said no worries they will have another driver assigned to you and reach out to you. The next day I still hadn’t heard from anyone. When I called the company they said they had no drivers to take me to the airport and they canceled my ride. So if I didn’t call I would never had known. So they decided to cancel my ride and never inform me of it. I would not use this company again.
Edit. Elite contacted me asking for more information about my cancelled ride. I provided everything and never heard from them again. Another fail by them. I again would not recommend using this company.

Such a bad limo company! Stay away! Don't use their services nowhere, we had a terrible experience in NY La Guardia. Driver rude, unprofessional his name was Juan. Dirty car, and his attitude wasn’t the type of service Limo professionals offer. I wish I could teach the driver a lesson! And before you ask, I already charge back the amount I paid for the terrible service

Very happy with the service! Gina, our driver, was great at communicating. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours and Gina still picked us up at 2am despite the last minute changes. Excellent driving and communication. Very kind.

Booked the ride with hoppa, and the next intermediary was elife limo, wouldn't recommend.
Before we left for our flight, the drivers kept changing, and it was troublesome to contact them.
As we arrived to the destination, Turkish Airport, we had trouble finding the driver, needed help from locals who offered to call the driver.
On the way back, the rider did not show up, and we couldn't find a way to contact them, hoppa couldn't help in any way (driver not answering and did not show up). All that after being informed that the same driver missed a pick up in the morning, disgraceful.
For resolution (here's less clear what's happened already as I spoke to hoppa, not elife) - the reply from hoppa team eventually said "the driver was there, here's a screenshot of the location at the right time" (which is most likely what they got from elife) - which clearly didn't happen, unless a car managed to hide under a pebble and waited patiently.

We called the driver, Ramón, to pick us up earlier than arranged and he was very kind to be there as soon as posible. He answered our questions about the city and made our journey more enjoyable

I don't recommend, you will pay so much for extra stress, they put so much pressure, the timing doesn't respond to the emergencies you could face in your trip, all they want is extra fees and only extra fees, the cars are not as expected, I really don't recommend it especially in Cairo Egypt, it is so expensive; using alternatives; will offer your better transportation experience plus you will save your money and especially your peaceful state.

I have already given a 1 star review and was contacted to say that the" department" was looking into it. I have emailed several times since and still no progress. ( issue was the driver did not have the necessary permit/ licence to transport people from Barcelona airport to the city centre where our hotel was, so we had to find out own way there.)

Excellent communication prior to pick up and then a smooth journey to our destination. Highly recommend!
