Elvie customer service was great. They addressed my issue and provided me with a solution quickly and efficiently. It was very much appreciated

Purchased for my wife - damaged within 1 month! and they refused to replace under warranty based on a technicality despite the fact that the website states they would replace under the exact circumstances we encountered.
I'd recommend avoiding Elvie due to poor customer service and failing product(s).

I’m not convinced this is as good as other hospital grade pumps like Ardo and Medela. It’s very convenient that it is hands-free but I find it quite a faff to pour the milk out and there’s always quite a bit left inside. The pump seems also very sensitive to the position so if it’s not perfectly positioned you don’t get much out of it. Not great for those with small boobs and/or low supply.

The pump itself is very good but the parts don’t last long at all before needing to be replaced and I have had several parts break completely after not much use at all, and their customer service is dire. I wouldn’t use this company again despite the effective pump because they are so unreliable, and if there’s one thing you need your breast pump to be its reliable. Elvie will no doubt populate an auto reply telling me to get in touch with their customer care - what a joke, I have been chasing their customer ‘care’ for the latest issue and they simply do not respond, absolutely rubbish.

I ordered and was supposed to receive the Elvie Stride 2 one week ago but it has not yet arrived. Neither Elvie nor the courier are being helpful. Elvie does not seem to care that a breast pump is an essential item and they keep giving me the run around. They won’t reship the item, they have not responded to my request to just cancel and refund the order. For such an expensive and essential item, you would think customer service would try to go above and beyond to resolve such issues. Instead, I’ve spoken to customer care multiple times and they haven’t assisted, with one representative even telling me to “just use a manual pump in the meantime.” If I wanted to “just use a manual pump,” I wouldn’t have spent £299 on an electric pump.

Elvie pump is very discrete and does produce a lot of milk. I am struggling a bit with the milk level the app tells me I’m getting vs what I actually am getting. The app tells me it’s more than it is and sometimes tells me the bottle is full and automatically stops when it is not full. But overall, it’s really helped me in my pumping journey. I have the Elvie single, Elvie curve, Elvie catch! I’m very loyal to this brand.

Do not buy this overpriced piece of rubbish! It has literally made my life hell. As a first time mom, the marketing worked on me. When my milk came in, I used the Elvie on each breast every 3 hours - but noticed I still had a lot in there so I upped it to 45 minutes on each side - I was in agony and the breast was still full! I was literally doing nothing but pumping or charging the pump or hand expressing the milk the pump didn’t remove without time to do anything else. And i was becoming more engorged and in pain every day. After 5 hellish days, went to the midwife in floods of tears - she basically said that this thing is sh!t - sent me the link to an ACTUAL hospital grade pump for half the price and I’m now being treated for mastitis, having spent 90% of my baby’s first week home fiddling with this stupid machine.
F this company - they should not be able to claim ‘hospital grade’ suction. My new pump (the one that used its money to create an effective medical product rather than bribe a bunch of influencers!) empties the breast in 30m, doesn’t have to charge every 20 minutes and was literally a third of the price. Talk to your doc or midwife first! Buy an actual medical device for what is a medically necessary item for post maternity care. Do not fall for this marketing garbage like I did.

The quality of the product is way below the price point, it's non-reliable and wobbly so can stop pumping at any given moment without you noticing it. I thought it's the parts problem and ordered them separately, but the shields they sent me had bubbles in them and were not clicking in. And it was all happening 5 days postpartum when I really really needed my pump to work. In the end I just purchased a different (and much cheaper) pump which worked from the get go and has soft silicone parts covering the breasts which reassures a good coverage in any position. Now I have issues with returning these faulty accessories because I have to "raise an issue" to be able to return unsealed product, and the other accessories I bought which are still sealed I have to ship myself. Mind you, it is all happening while I'm with the newborn and c-section scar. To say I'm disappointed is to say nothing.

The representative was very helpful! All around great experience.

The customer care experience was really awesome. It sucked that my pump stopped working randomly but the customer care team was able to identify the issue and send me a replacement under warranty. The replacement came super quick. I’m really happy with how they handled everything. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a pump

Had an elvie stride in 2022 after I had my daughter, and despite the high price point decided to purchase the stride 2 with my second baby as the customer service was so good.
Big mistake. Customer service is abysmal, have a pump that doesn’t work, £300 down and paying to hire a pump while I wait for it to be sorted - god knows when as they don’t contact you when they say they will.

Second pump that had broken and Elvie wouldn’t replace. I had to buy a whole new system as they don’t supply just the part that is broken either.
It’s a good product when it works though.

One of my hubs was starting to act funky so I emailed customer support regarding it. Not only did they send me a new hub but also provided me with excellent customer service!

Absolutely terrible.
Pump heats up leaving red mark on breast, sore and uncomfortable - suction is poor and pump light for left/right doesn’t work.
Reached out numerous times by email via husbands email (with proof of purchase and serial number) - being treated like a complete idiot and asked the same questions over and over by Elvie!
All I want is a refund so I can buy a pump that’s safe and works for my 17 day old baby!!
TERRIBLE service by all Elvie customer service representatives.
*** you will see ELVIE have replied to this post, we have contacted customer services over 8 times (bearing in mind we have a newborn!!!) and we keep getting told to “send other info” despite advising we are extremely busy, and don’t have time to do heat tests ourselves - we have a NEWBORN surely it is ELVIE who should be testing faults!!!
Still waiting for a resolution. Absolutely TERRIBLE service for a product which cost over £400.

I've had my elvie pumps since 2022 & used them to exclusively pump for 2 kids now. Nothing has ever broken with all of that use but finally the button release part on one pump cracked with me trying to clean it and customer service helped solve the problem and sent me a replacement for free!
Appreciate the help so much!

Elvie truly has amazing customer service. Whether it is issues with your parts needing replaced or your actual pump motors themselves. They genuinely go above and beyond. They’re very prompt in coming up with a solution and get your replacements to you (if needed), ASAP. I was shocked how fast I received mine. They’re extremely kind and truly listen to any issues you have. I will always recommend Elvie pumps (particularly the Double OG)! To every mom who’s nursing and pumping. I absolutely adore my Elvie OG double pumps. Thank you, Elvie and your amazing team.

Levi products are great, and I have my Elvi since 2019, but I think it’s presenting some problems.
It would be great to find a way to assess it and it would be also great to have access to all the tips about the best way to use it.
I’ve access to it because of “the problem” and not by the “studing” from the website.

I cant even put Zero Stars - Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced! the pump broke after a month of use the parts warped, I asked for replacement asap as have twins they wanted pictures, which we sent, the thing wont charge! useless had to order another one Pippeta is brilliant had a slight problem but dealt with instantly. Elvie pass from pillar to post with nothing rectified - warning - Do not buy this overpriced Pump - as if it goes wrong you'll never get it resolved or refunded. What do they expect me to do i pump daily to feed my little ones!
