I cannot rate Elvie customer service highly enough!
They know their customer and know what state they're likely to be in when they need help. When my device malfunctioned a day before my little one was due to start nursery, they helped me confirm the warranty, sent me a new one and sent new parts to get the pumper back up and running. Parts were sent quickly and my issue was resolved.

Support was excellent. They solved the issue in seconds. I was impressed to be honest.

Simple and easy to use. Very good service from ordering to next day delivery. So minimum delay for our newborn. Feels like a quality product too. My wife says it works well and was able to comfortably wear and express sufficient amounts of milk.

I am beyond frustrated with Elvie and their complete disregard for consumer rights. As a mum who exclusively expresses, I rely on my pumps daily—so when mine stopped working after just three months, it was incredibly stressful.
Despite the pumps being under warranty, Elvie initially refused to issue a refund, claiming they had been used—completely ignoring the fact that they failed due to a fault, not misuse. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty within the first six months, customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement, yet Elvie tried to dismiss their responsibility.
After pushing back, they finally agreed to refund, but weeks later, I am still waiting for the prepaid return label they promised. Their customer service is appalling, with emails ignored and no urgency to resolve the issue.
This has caused unnecessary stress and a huge financial burden. I had to pay for new pumps out of pocket and even had to rush out just before shops closed when my faulty Elvie pumps failed unexpectedly. No mum should have to deal with this level of stress, inconvenience, and financial loss over a product that was supposed to be covered under warranty.
Elvie’s refusal to uphold basic consumer rights and their shocking lack of customer support make them a company to avoid. If you expect reliable products or fair treatment under UK consumer law, do not buy from Elvie.

UPDATE:
Following the reply from Elvie below, and despite reaching out yet again, there has been no further communication on behalf of Elvie to rectify the situation.
Absolutely terrible pump and customer service is unreliable and disappointing. The first pump that was sent went wrong very quickly. It just simply wouldn’t charge. A replacement pump was sent out. The suction wasn’t working great on that either and it made a disturbingly loud creaky noise. At 3-4am when you’re trying to pump, with an extremely loud repetitive noise and unsuccessful suction, it hardly makes your pumping experience a pleasant one. We asked Elvie for a return and refund, which they refused as the pump has been used - but it doesn’t work properly…? They sent out replacement items instead but same problem followed so I escalated my concerns to Head Office who said as a gesture of goodwill they will provide a return and refund. We have provided the serial number and address, and I have sent three more emails in the space of the week, as well as contacted Elvie Support on WhatsAap and we are yet to receive a pre-paid return label. They say that they are chasing this up but, again, no response. So, £220 worth of kit that promotes unreliability combined with poor customer service? Save your money and your time. Avoid like the plague.

I've had a single & double the suction went in both after bout 40 days. They've made my pumping journey so hard. They're not a company to rely on. They replaced the single pump when it when faulty and now the doubles acting up they say they don't rent replacement to ireland??
Terrible customer support....

Been using the Elvie Stride Double for about 4 months now (I have a 7 month old). Without a doubt it’s saved my pumping/ breastmilk journey. My little one really struggled with his latch so I’m exclusively pumping. And before the stride I kept getting blocked ducts from my other pumps which nearly turned into mastitis. But the stride gets every drop of milk out, and I’ve been able to reduce regularity with no issues because it’s so efficient.
Charge lasts well, it’s easy to clean and I’d totally recommend.
Customer service and the team at Elvie are absolutely amazing too.

I bought the Elvie stride. It’s extortionate and then you have to spend hundreds more on nipple cushions that aren’t included. It’s a rip off and does not work, you spend hours pumping for nothing. Medela pumps are miles better - avoid elvie. Spoke to customer service and they refused to give me a refund. Hopeless.

The worst customer service experience I have ever received. The pumps were totally useless and I kept getting replacement parts that did nothing for me. This back and forth meant my milk supply didn't establish and I struggled to get it back to a good level. I was then finally told I would get a refund but only if I sent the parts back. I did this, but no refund came. After chasing I was asked for proof of posting to get the refund, I did this as well. Since then, I have been chasing for over a month and getting bounced around but no refund has come through. As a new mum, I have little time spare and yet I'm wasting the bit of downtime I have in chasing to no success. Disgraceful behaviour for a company that says is built for women - such a lack of empathy and respect.
The response for this review on Google was asking me to get in touch - which if they actually read my review they would see I have been reaching out for months!!!

I bought an Elvie Stride about 6 months ago. I have already had to replace every part, I’ve been in touch with customer care who replaced the hub once and the connect kit plates but not without a lot of back and forth emailing.. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this product! For anyone with even the slightest of anxiety about providing enough breast milk for your baby and especially for those who need a pump to exclusively pump - do not invest in Elvie!! Unless you want to be feeling awful and writing a review at midnight because your pump you spent £400 on (+ at least another £150 on parts so far) and can’t afford another one or any more of their very overpriced parts has once again broken and you aren’t able to pump milk for your baby! It’s going to be a long night and it’s not the first time I have experienced this anxiety since owning the Elvie. I will admit it’s great at first.. the first few weeks were amazing! Hands free, quiet.. you just can’t get used to it and start relying that it will work like that for the duration of your breastfeeding journey because very likely the pump will let you down and break within the next few weeks. Or at least that has been my experience!
I replaced the connect kit at Christmas for another £50! And it lasted a month…
This product has been the biggest rip off! Seems like they’ve spent most of their budget on marketing and not on providing a good quality product!

THE BEST customer service and item. I have on several occasions written to Elvie and they have always replied very quickly and effectively solved my issue. They even sent me a free replacement of a pump valve when I was almost divorcing my husband for losing one 😂 Also the pump is the best (and I’ve tried several), never hurts and always gets lots of milk out!

I needed help from customer service because the extra parts I bought for my pump didn’t fit. The customer service chat was quick and smooth, I got help to find the problem, it was in fact other part that came with the pump. I was very well informed by the helper, the new parts I needed was shipped the next day, and the day after it was delivered to me. I’m a satisfied customer :)

Fab customer service. Had a query regarding my stride and Elvie chat was quick to respond, advised me and sent out a replacement which arrived within 3 days. Thank you so much - really appreciative of the service received, especially whilst in the newborn trenches!

Had the pumps for the months. Have caused nipples to be cracked, sore, bleeding despite using the lowest settings and correct flange. Asked for support. Followed up twice and no one got back to me.

Really not worth the money for the quality and reliability of the product. I have had 2 pumps from Elvie and both have failed with the same problem - won’t charge and won’t power on after minimal use. The second pump was only used for 6 weeks and when I come to charge it for my 2nd child it will not power on. Extremely disappointing! All as customer care offer me is a discount off a new one but I will not be buying anymore Elvie products after this and definitely do not recommend this brand.

Reliable Service!
customer service chat was quick and helpful. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my Elvie and identified a warranty. I was shipped a new replacement within 2 days.

It is not often that you find a customer service that genuinely care about your problem. Mine was solved really quickly. Thank you Elvie
