The purchase was broken and lost

The purchase is not delivered during three weeks still, as it was broken by DHL.

You better not....

Tried to order a Denon surround receiver, but emarkt24.com was unable to handle a Mastercard transaction. So I had to cancel the order and order the same item again.
In the meantime emarkt24.com managed to deduct the amount for the item twice - so instead of charging me around 585 € they doubled the amount.
I only discovered this accidentally, and had to block my credit card (=completely cancel it and retrieve a new). When I approached the customer department (Stefanie Grössinger), I was asked if I wanted to cancel the new order?
I had to send her own cancellation of the initial order (the one which thy were unable to handle transcationwise, but they somehow managed to deduct the amount anyway.??).

I'll leave it up to you to decide whether you want to use emarkt24, but be prepared for a lot of fuss - and to potentially get a new credit card.
