Simon Parker has been amazing with everything. He has guided us through our whole mortgage application and helped it run as smoothly as possible. He has always been available for calls, emails and video calls when needed and answered all questions quickly and in detail. All information and documentation has been provided quickly and he has ensured we are at ease all the time. Highly recommend Simon to anyone that is applying or renewing their mortgage. James Hindley is who worked with my husband and I, helping us out, for almost a year now, with getting our mortgage sorted. James has been nothing less than amazing. He is a hard worker and will go more than the extra mile for you. My husband works late during the week and James often worked past his hours to accommodate this so he could talk to both of us. Through many challenges, like properties going into probate mid-sale, James has never failed to communicate promptly. We have never had to chase him, we have never been left in the dark. As first-time-buyers, he was so helpful and trustworthy, helping us through everything and keeping us well informed. He is just delightful and is an asset to Embrace Financial Services.

Philip was so helpful with everything. It was our first time getting our house so we had no clue. He was so kind and nice even when I kept asking to explain stuff again and again. 10/10 recommended!!!

We had a terrible experience with Embrace. Our 5 year deal was due to end and we needed to remortgage. We delt with Matthew. At first it was positive saying we would be able to remortgage and clear existing debts. After two months of calling and emailing for updates, Matthew responded informing us that he could not find a well known high street lender that we could remortgage with, that we would have to look at more obscure lenders. Another week passed with no contact. We recieved a phone from Richard and we informed him of the limited contact and updates. Richard advised that he would message Matthew and someone would be in contact. Weeks went by and we had lost all trust that Embrace could help so chose to find another company. A week later we had an initial fact finding appointment and in the days after a mortgage in principle with a well known high street lender covering all existing debts. We would not recommend this company to anyone. Leaving customers worried without any answers. No alternatives offered. Shocking customer service.
