The Emirate's holiday portal incorrectly showed flights that were booked. I booked premium economy however they came out differently or looked different on the portal to what was booked- that s ok, its one of those things which ended up booking more than one holiday. Trying to get things rectified is really hard, its a 30 minute wait to get through to customer services and more then a week later its still not sorted! This is an expensive holiday for a family of four and it shouldn't be this
difficult. I sort of had higher expectations with Emirates.

i have been 4 times to this hotel and never disappointed.
emirates holiday are very professional and very good company, they really care about you and i will always book with them. Although i travel business class the experience is just perfect.

First time booking direct , was a bit unsure as always gone through a travel agent , but got a better deal booking direct but very happy with the service I got from the first enquiry to the booking on the phone with the lady who went through every thing with me and the information updates by E mail plus at are holiday destination we were met and shown to are transport all in all 5 star service and will use again

Having booked a holiday including flights with Emirates, I wanted to upgrade the outbound flight from Premium Economy to Business Class. I already have over 50% of the Skywards miles, their 'loyalty programme', required to upgrade and am happy to buy the remainder needed. Emirates say that I am eligible to upgrade, but they will only allow it when they are ready and on their terms.
To upgrade, they are saying I should: 1. Buy the additional Skywards miles now, even though they might not allow me to upgrade. So, that's extra money for them, but no guarantee of an upgrade for me.
2. Telephone or check in online with Emirates every day, for the next 110 days ie. between now and when I fly. At some point they might allow me to upgrade, depending on how they feel at the time, but there is no guarantee.
Whilst this may sound reasonable to Emirates, from a customer perspective this is an extremely poor experience.
Furthermore, I have already had to telephone them 9 times and email twice to get clarity that they don't really want customers to use their Skywards miles.
I find this bizarre when Emirates describe Skywards on their website as a 'loyalty programme'.
Clearly customer satisfaction is not something Emirates is bothered about. Even for those customers that want to pay them more money and could be future Emirates frequent flyers.

Seats on plane very comfortable and food very good .Entertainment to pass the time away was good
Met at Dubai airport by Emirates staff and shown to transfer area . Driver waiting and headed to Sheraton Hotel JBR without delay .
Sheraton very nice hotel with excellent private beach with reasonable space between sun loungers. Breakfast was varied
We have been to Hilton Hotel again very nice but loungers on beach are uncomfortably close together . However Hilton offer free half board for early birds so it is difficult choice.
Staff at the Sheraton were excellent and very attentive without being overboard. Rahul the pool attendant always cheerful and was a character .
Transfers on return on time and flight as good as incoming .
I have used Emirates Holidays a number of times and we have only had positive experiences

From my first phone enquiry to the end of my holiday, emirates were fabulous. The lady on the phone found us a great deal and she was spot on. We will definitely be booking with emirates again soon

One stop booking for all my travel requirements in Dubai. Staff met us off the plane & also through our journey through the airport. Transfer to the hotel was seamless. All staff were very friendly & helpful.

We travelled from Heathrow to Dubai and Emirates Airline flight was good, third time we’ve used them and it was comfortable with good service but the food isn’t as nice as a couple of years ago.
Our transfers went like clockwork in a lovely saloon car.
We stayed at Raffles on the Palm which was sensational, and they very kindly upgraded our room which nice, and the service was exceptional.
The main restaurant was very good and food delicious but getting a coffee took time! There are other restaurants within the hotel, Italian & Japanese which were lovely but felt the hotel really needs a further dining option such as a steak house.
The location is second to none and nobody could be disappointed with the service.
Sadly since returning home we are experiencing a fairly serious issue with double charging on our card and the hotel has been slow to help us, and we’ve made many calls and emails this week, hopefully they will resolve matters soon but their initial reluctance to deal with it has somewhat taken the shine off our experience - I’d like to think it was an unfortunate oversight 🤔

Emirates Try very hard to make travel as easy as can be My wife and I have been using Emirates Holidays for the last seven years and havenever had a single problem we are greated an arrival at Dubai and escorted through to either passport control or connections depending on where we are going staff at Londan Heathrow and Dubai are very polite and pleasent Aircraft is always clean anf seating together has never been an issue overall very satisfied with the service provided.

At the time of quoting and booking my holiday Emirates Holidays did not advise me of the construction work going on in our hotel. First they said they did, then I sent proof of my paperwork which showed they didn’t. Now they are saying they didn’t know. They are doing everything except accepting responsibility. Dealing with customer service has been so frustrating, I have received emails from 3 different people. I go home in 2 days, I have spent my whole holiday emailing customer service. Very poor Emirates Holidays, we have used you many times before but never again

We book through Emirates Holidays to fly from Edinburgh to Dubai for a winter holiday in the sun. Book a flight and a hotel and private transfer was included. We had a great flight in economy with plenty of room in the seats on their new Airbus 350.
We arrived at Dubai airport and was met by customer services who arranged for a car to take us to the hotel and the transfer back to the airport was also arranged.
All the Emirate staff were great on the plane and the transfer.

It was our first time booking with Emirates Holidays & it was overall a good experience. The flight from Newcastle was good- food etc, though I would have liked more drinks (not alcoholic). I am diabetic and need to keep hydrated. I got the drinks when I asked for them, but they come in small sizes. The staff were lovely on the plane. When we landed in Dubai, we were getting a transfer to the Rixos Hotel, Ras al Khaimah This was not good. The Emirates holiday rep said we were not on the booking list. We had no idea where to go for the pre booked transfer. We got lost & spent 1 hour looking for our taxi. The Rixos hotel & staff were wonderful. Food very good. The staff spared no effort to get what we asked for. Everyone was so pleasant. The hotel was very clean. They are refurbishing it step by step, but no inconvenience to the guests. We had a lovely 8 days at the hotel and will definitely be back. There are just a couple of suggestions for the restaurant - we would have loved to see fresh fruit juice and kefir. Particular thanks to Omer, the restaurant manager who made sure we got our Ayran each day& Raju, our beach attendant who sorted our beach beds for us and the staff in reception, nothing was too much for them. It was the smiles and helpfulness from everyone in the hotel that made it special for us.

The problem with Emirates is that once you fly with them you don’t want to use another airline. Outstanding customer service from first contact and just the easiest and best travel experience from the chauffeur service at the start of the trip to the end.
Great food and drink on board as well. Look forward to seeing their new lounge at Manchester as well.

Our first holiday and flight with Emirates and we were not disappointed. All colleagues whether on the plane or at check-in were courteous and caring. The plane was also clean and comfortable.

Our first Emirates holiday will not be our last! Hoping to book again in 2027

Dubai Holiday with Emirates Holidays flights were on time the staff and the service was very good on the flight. Transfer was really good too and from the hotel. We have travelled with Emirates Holidays before and have not been disappointed.

Highly recommend it , professional and quick resolve of an issue .

Booked an Emirates holiday to Hanoi from London Stansted via Dubai. First time travelling with Emirates and even though we flew economy, we were pleased with the comfort and flight. The stopover in Dubai went smoothly and the luggage was automatically transferred to the final destination without any issues. So handy for us that we could fly long haul from Stansted and would definitely fly with Emirates again

We flew with Emirates on 19th January 2026 from Birmingham to dubai then to Sri lanka and returned on 29th, a party of 5. Myself, husband, our disabled daughter in a wheelchair her carer and our friend. Holiday of a life time to make memories.

On arriving at dubai my daughters wheelchair wasnt available to her even though we had requested it , which then caused her to have a meltdown and upset, due to her condition juvenile huntington's doesn't coap with changes.
On the way back
We told them to use the airport wheelchair on the change over so we could prepare our daughter to what was going to happen no sudden change. It worked she was happy.
When we arrived in Birmingham and collected her wheelchair it looked like it had been thrown about, the frame looked twisted and the clips that held the actual seat were missing. This again caused distress and a meltdown to our daughter which then impacts on us as a family and her carer.
We reported straight away at Birmingham Airport and they said someone would be intouch.
I emailed Emirates they have knowledge my email and someone will be intouch.
Over a week later no one has been intouch, we have had to buy a new wheelchair so she can get out the house.
Not impressed and wouldn't fly with them again with my daughter

Travelled from London to Mauritius via Dubai. Flight was excellent, cabin crew were outstanding. Connection at Dubai was easy and well organised. Will definitely use Emirates holidays again.
