My order has said it is in transit for 20 days. I paid $55 for a package that was never delivered. Do not use this service, because you will not receive your package. Also, do not use companies that use this to ship packages. Horrible experience.
I just got my parcel today
I just got my parcel today. It attempted once last week but, they did not leave any message and any information to me. I called to office and collected from post office by myself. However, the biggest disappointment is they stolen all my cosmetics from my parcel. I still cannot believe how they opened my box before hand in to me. And they did not give any notice about the items. This is very unacceptable and unable to touch personal belong items. I want to know how it happened and how I can get responsible measures. Even the homepage is totally useless.

My parcel is stuck in customs in India and has been for 1 month. When I tried to contact them their number gives me a new number to dial. When I dial this number it is the number for Scottish Hydro. Looking at other reviews, the number has not been updated since May, so in 6 months they have not updated that information about the phone number.

absolutely shocking service from EMS and parcel force who have both lied to me opv er missing cancer medication. Both claimed customs were holding it when customs released it over five days ago. Someones life is in danger because vital meds have gone missing and nobody will help. The course of medication is due to commence in four days. If we don’t commence the treatment there is a a high likelihood of the cancer becoming so aggressive that this medication will no longer work.
The customer service number you have on your website (+44) 2476 213 455 is no longer in use. The replacement number on the EMS answerphone message 02476213455 is not a number for EMS at all it is a number for SCOTTISH HYDRO!!!!!!. I’ve spent 3 hours on the phone today and I am still no closer to finding out what has happened to the medication. Its shocking that this company cant even update my tracking information despite the fact that the meds were released four or five days ago. This is literally a matter of life and death and this company could not care less. Avoid at all costs
When they received my review they responded in minutes with a disgustingly insensitive messge suggesting I seek medical attention. I. Have added the additional info below in response.
Firstly of course a doctor has been consulted. The meds are due to commence in 6 days. We used FedEx the first two times and received an excellent service. How insulting to suggest that we haven't consulted a doctor. 7 months of medication, chemo and radiotherapy and this medication is the only place left to go. So thanks for adding insult to injury.
I called EMS and parcelforce and was told that customs still held the parcel. I spoke to customs who released it on the 3rd with a customs charge notice. They said you were 100 percent aware of this and it is a failure on your side to update the tracking info and forward the charge notice.
I. Will be leaving another review to this affect as you have responded dishonestly to my review.
I should also add that 6 hours of calls over two days got me nowhere at all (excepting a pack of lies) but my negative review was responded to in minutes. Which has only. Served to prove my point that you have no care for customers at all.
Kindly update the tracking info. And send the. Customs notice forthwith.
This is after all what you have been paid to do.
