Great efficient and value service
Great value service using the online booking site and paying in advance.
Time slot booked in advance and arranged for engineer to call 30 minutes prior to attending for a heads up allowing to prepare the flat. Engineer turned up in the slot booked.
Received the report via email and so this was fine.
A little frustrated my rating and experience could have been better though.
An area for improvement would be to send out guidance to customers in advance of areas where we have carried out energy improvements in the property to made available to the engineer to review. This would include pictures, reports, invoices etc.. and also for the customers to evidence this by showing/exposing by lifting carpets etc.. the insulation/improvements where work was done.
This may help to improve the rating. The rating given reflects a basic check and what the engineer can carry out in the allotted slot and easily see.
Hence the 4 stars.
I would use the service again but with better engagement with the supplier so that I can be better prepared to make sure the rating reflects the nature of the work already done.
