Really happy with the amazing service I got today from these guys. I phoned them explaining I needed an urgent assessment to accompany a survey report. They happened to have someone in the area so they sent them straight round. Within 3 hrs of my phone call I had a certificate and at a great value price! Lewis arrived and was polite, friendly and very professional. I shall certainly be using them again and recommending them. Thank you!

My EPC appointment
The appointment booking was easy & simple. The man turned up on time. The checks were well within the predicted timescale & the report & assessment were on the Gov.uk site in 2 days as I was told. Link was sent to me & I was able to print off without fuss. It was also at reasonable costs after checking other companies quotes.

Great service
After discovering that the EPC on our property had expired we needed a new one quickly so as not to hold up the sale. I found Energy Smart on the gov website and am so glad I did! Within a couple of days the survey was carried out and the new certificate was emailed to me, the whole process was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.
