Spoke to Olivia...much consultation with her supervisor and kept on hold. Finally asked for photos of my gas and electricity meters which I sent by email to Olivia...no response

I think there has been some mix up with this review, we carried out an EPC for you in December but the review seems to be about changing energy supplier. We have never had anything to do with switching energy suppliers and I am assuming you're getting us mixed up with another company with a similar name. Could you please investigate.

I needed to get an EPC quickly and when I rang the company they managed to get me an appointment with a few days and gave me a precise time. They were so helpful and followed up the conversation with a follow up text and email. It couldn’t have been simpler and was I thought great value for money. I would definitely use them again.
