A Great Service.

Poor assessor but fantastic customer service
Unfortunately the assessor who came to do our EPC did not look at our gas and electric meters he was in and out of our property within 10 minutes, resulting in an incorrect report. After several calls and emails including photos of the meters the report was amended to show we had a smart electric meter, it took further calls and emails before the report was amended again showing both meters were smart meters. The customer service ladies were fantastic but I would recommend that the assessor should receive further training

I completely understand your frustration, especially having to make several calls and send multiple emails and photographs before the report was finally amended correctly. You should not have had to spend your time chasing us repeatedly to get your report corrected, and I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this caused.

Booking easy but your boast about getting back to me rapidly after payment with an appointment in a few days - unrealistic.
Not easy to go through rigmarole of setting up account so that I can read the EPC, especially as your OTP went to junk.
