Then to the fragrance! The quality is top notch and Tigerwood 91 quickly became one of my favorite Oud fragrances, it’s so damn good!

I had my first purchase with Ensar Oud and wow, what can I say! I am pretty sure no one who is used to smelling synthetic perfumes will understand the experience but it’s beautifully raw, overwhelming and a mysterious Journey. The delivery process was smooth, fast, the packaging was stylish and crafty, and the gift samples were generous.
Purchased Tibetan Musk Tyger Mylk and Mongolian Musk and oh boy, a heavenly scent and outstanding longevity. Worth every penny!

The customer service at Ensar Oud is terrible. There is essentially one person looking after the customer service role (which is only available on WhatsApp).

If you are lucky enough to get a reply (which appears to be rare), they are not very transparent and you will be waiting a while to even get that reply.

They need a big overhaul of their support if they want any hope of being a viable place to buy rare fragrances beyond the few niche repeat buyers they already have.

Fast shipping

Many collectors hate Ensar Oud because of their high prices and frequent new releases, which make the brand feel more like a commercial institution than a niche, artisanal house.

For some collectors—myself included—Ensar Oud is like a spell. I’m always afraid of spending too much because their seductive newsletters drive me crazy and pose a serious threat to my salary.

The point is that beyond the great marketing and communication, they continue to create truly addictive and unique fragrances.

I’m not sure if other brands work with such exceptional materials, but if you enjoy the Ensar Oud style, you won't find anything else on the market quite as beautiful, powerful, and unique.

Ensar Oud delivered a fantastic collection of Ouds.
Starting out with Iris Ghalia Borneo Kynam, the presentation was top notch as was the fragrance itself. Masterfully blended!

Sultan Rose Attar was a great addition. I have already enjoyed wearing it twice.

Habana Ghalia is a beautiful fragrance that I know I will wish I had more than a travel spray. I couldn't find any information on Habana Ghalia or the Tabac Blanc on the Ensar website. I would love more information about those 2.

I of course will be ordering from Ensar Oud again. They are my favorite house and it isn't even close.

My favorite brand of perfume . Hands down . High quality , you get what you pay for . Their customer service is great , they’ve even messaged me through instagram in a timely manner when I had questions about their products . And they ship extremely fast ! Not to mention the free complimentary samples I’ve been given . Highly recommended
