Appalling waste of time and money
I knew this would be a bit different and probably near the mark but the whole show was crude, badly acted, staged and not all funny. I'm not a prude so was prepared for it to be slightly offensive but I was shocked at the language, innuendos and gestures which were absolutely disgusting. A couple in front of us left within half an hour and we (a party of nine) walked out at the interval. Very disappointed.

Absolutely Disgusting Service – Avoid ENT24 at All Costs
Our experience with ENT24 has been nothing short of appalling. My mum had tickets booked to see Adam Ant in Glasgow — something she was incredibly excited for, as she has never seen him live and this was likely her only chance. Instead of enjoying the concert, she ended up completely let down and deeply upset due to the disgraceful way ENT24 handled her booking.
Out of nowhere, ENT24 cancelled her tickets, claiming that she had contacted them to cancel. This is completely untrue. The only event she has ever cancelled was Pride and Prejudice...Almost, and that was nearly a year ago, due to a temporary medical condition that has long since resolved. There is absolutely no reason she would cancel the Adam Ant tickets — she had been counting down the days.
When she asked ENT24 to provide a copy of the email or any proof that she supposedly sent a cancellation request, they flat-out refused. Not only that, but they have ignored the majority of her follow-up emails, even after she made it clear she would be contacting Trading Standards. Their behaviour has been dismissive, evasive, and utterly unprofessional.
The lack of transparency, the refusal to provide evidence, and the complete absence of customer care is shocking. It feels as though they made a mistake and are now refusing to take responsibility — and the end result is my mum losing her tickets to a concert she’d been dreaming of attending. She has been left devastated, and ENT24 simply doesn’t seem to care.
This is hands down the worst customer service we have ever dealt with. The fact that they ignored her, denied any wrongdoing, and offered no solution whatsoever is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering using ENT24 to think twice. If something goes wrong with your booking, don’t expect honesty, support, or even basic communication.
Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid.
**UPDATE**
Just to update, I spoke with my mum regarding this issue. She maintains she has never gone on to their website and selected refund my tickets. She was told by a member of staff (and I won't name names incase my review gets removed) that the refund was requested via email. This is the first time she is being told in the many months communicating with ENTS24 that it was requested via the website. She has asked many times to see the email exchange where she requested the refund and ENTS24 refuse to provide it, so I'm not surprised they are saying it was done via the website, seeing as this would provide no trace. In this case, I believe the tickets were sold on by mistake and this cannot be rectified.
I note from all the negative reviews that the blame is always placed on others and ENTS24 never take responsibility for anything.
I wholly stick by the original review and say avoid like the plague!

Absolutely Amazing
Absolutely Amazing! Thank you so much for saving the day. I did not want to miss getting standing tickets for Foo Fighters, so was very early in the waiting room on a rival site. I got to the front of the queue 1 minute after doors opened? Great right? Nope. They they had already sold out. I was so shocked at missing out! I then went onto Ents 24 and found clear details on the hotel and standing tickets that were still available and managed to secure one, so grateful that that we are able to go and see them now. Thank you so much for saving the day. I think its clear where I will be starting my ticket buying process in future!
