Reliable, professional and go the extra mile
I have now used e.surv a couple of times recently and have been hugely impressed by the personal feedback given after the survey - so much so that I went back to them when my first property feel through and I needed another survey for this flat. They both knew the property well and were able to answer detailed questions with clarity.

Excellent from start to finish
Kept up to date throughout the process via emails and phone calls. The house report was very in depth with photos and great information..Survey was well laid out and I was able ask any question or address any concern. I received a phone from tge surveyor Fraser prior to and after the report. Very professional overall.

Amazing experience
I had a homebuyers survey done by Adrian in Malone. He did an excellent job. The follow up call was exceptionally good and really elaborated on the report and gave me a lot of confidence in the house buying process.
After the report and call I feel much better and understand the conditions of the property so much better.

Faultless
Very positive experience with Esurv. Richard was our surveyor and I can’t fault the service. He gave us a call beforehand to ask if there was any particular concerns we’d like him to look in to, and then communication afterwards was spot on. The results are presented in a really easy to understand format, and Richard gave us a call after to ensure we fully understood all the issues that arose and gave us some good advice on how to proceed.

Jenni complete the survey on the house I’m buying, she was detailed in her report and followed the report with a phone call allowing us first time buyers to ask questions to which Jenni was helpful and friendly and answered all questions with reassuring responses.
