Eufy H30 home car vacuum…no warranty support to Australian consumer standards only 6 months not 12 like oem
Bought a EUFY H30 home car vacuum cleaner
Failed in under 6.1 months
They said they DONT warranty 12 months like EUFY
ONLY 6 months
I used it 4 times in 6 months in car
Eufy said trade aren’t authorised dealers so they can’t support warranty either
Poor customer service from both companies
If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Attempting to transfer an account to another financial investment institution and they made it incredibly difficult. Had to call 4 times and at one point I actually had someone say, "I have to assume...." WTF? Last call took exactly 1 hour and they were still working on it. I had a funeral to attend and they finally said they didn't need me to complete the transaction. We'll see.
Here's a surprise
Here's a surprise, at least for me. My request for a mutual fund transfer based on a certain lot selection #cannot# be processed by #them. They assert that system #constraints# are to blame for this incapacity.
Every step with #Apex# #point# #llc# felt deliberate and reassuring. Their consistent #payouts# strengthened my trust at every stage.

Do not put your money here!! It's a total scam!!!
Thankfully i was able to retrieve my £47,000 without any problems and delay.. Highly recommended
I had a false margin call…
I had a false margin call and instead of being helped, I was told a comment was left on my account. Nothing was resolved and I was forced to liquidate my positions. By the end of the day I was forced to sell my stocks, 15k worth. Immediately afterward, my account returned to normal. This is ridiculous.
I have been using them for a while and…
I have been using them for a while and it has been nothing but an enjoyable experience, however. Ever since they were acquired by Morgan Stanley it turned to a terrible financial decision for me.
#krypto #Mining. Not too known. Has been solid. Enrolled long time ago and i have been able to secure steady pay.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
So glad to see I'm not alone in *hating* this company. Every interaction with them leaves me feeling they're doing me a favor letting me open an account and move money there. When there are problems with any paperwork, they don't contact you to let you know, they wait for you to call them and then, maybe, you get an answer. Opening an account was a nightmare because of little nits in the paperwork they couldn't be bothered to let me know about. Then after finally opening the account, I've been trying to set up an external funding account from which to transfer money in. They didn't process the papers they had made me upload because, they said when I called to find out what on earth was going on, the picture of the driver's license was a little fuzzy!! Then if you try to wire money in, you can't do it online, you have to fill in their form and present that to your bank - like I'm going to waste time going into my BofA branch in 2025!
Not a big fan of everything that Fidelity does but OMG they're like 5 star service compared to these bozos
Unhappy customer
As an E*TRADE customer, I recently experienced an issue that has led me to consider closing my account. I held a few shares of several YieldMax ETFs, which underwent a reverse split. Following this, I was charged a $38 "reorganization fee" for each individual equity, resulting in an unexpected margin debit of $133.45.
These fees were vastly disproportionate to the value of the small positions I held. When I attempted to resolve this through E*TRADE's chat service, I found it to be slow and ultimately ineffective. I was able to reach someone by phone who was friendly, but said he was only able to credit one of the charges, leaving the majority of the fees in place.
While I appreciate the effort of the phone representative, the overall experience with these unexpected and substantial fees, is a deal breaker for me. I intend to close my account and not look back.
If I could give them a zero
If I could give them a zero, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Even after having a well-established 6 figure account, you will never be able to talk to their back office to get problems or questions resolved. The customer service reps answering the phone are generally very pleasant and willing to help, but they know nothing. Thus, you are stuck submitting documents and waiting for processing that never takes place.
In one word this company is HORRIBLE
In one word this company is HORRIBLE. And at this point I am ready to pull all accounts away from them. Started with opening a personal brokerage account. This shockingly took 2 weeks for them to accomplish... A simple brokerage account. Next I tried to move my IRA from William Blair to etrade. this took about 5 weeks of back and forth and resending the application, paperwork, statements multiple times because they couldn't find it. At the same time I was trying to move my wife's IRA and rollover her 401k into an IRA with etrade. Her IRA was just as miserable of a process as my own taking about 5 weeks. The 401k though... Took 2 months for etrade to get themselves in order. In that time the 401k was emptied but it took nearly 2 weeks for it to show in etrade. Simply unacceptable. Now I am trying to open an LLC business brokerage account. We've jerked around for about 6 weeks now. We submitted the application mid-October 2025 and they couldn't find it, we submitted it again and they still couldn't find it. Finally the third time submitting it they were able to find now wait a week, "please send more documentation", now wait another week... NOW etrade has introduced a new rule requiring EVEN MORE documentation at the end of November 2025. We submitted everything as required on their application mid-october yet here we are at the beginning of December with a new November rule set that has put us back to square one as if we never even submitted an application in October. I feel like these people deliberately go out of their way to jerk you around and use outdated technology like faxes and physical paperwork just to ensure their customers hate them.
Beware of Opening an Account for a family member
I have been an E-Trade customer since they first started operating. All these years I have had a great experience. However, recently and after its acquisition by Morgan Stanley, we have had a very unpleasant experience. We opened an E-Trade account for my 23-year-old daughter. Opening the account was a little cumbersome (had to take pictures and send DL) but within reason and funding the account directly from her bank was quite easy. However, when my daughter tried to access the account, the E-Trade system could not verify her mobile number (supposedly because she was under our family plan and their third-party verifier could not handle it). As such she could not access the account or the funds. E trade customer service instructed her to go through an additional arduous process of sending a multitude of additional information via some nebulous process using a different mobile phone app in conjunction with Docusign. Even completing this process did not fix the account access issue. After several calls, she got access to her account, but lost access again after completing the security questions and her mobile number could not be verified again. Even the E-Trade customer service folks were stumped. Finally, after a week of frustration, someone at E-Trade provided a workaround and she was able to access her money using another mobile phone verification app with an additional code. Needless to say, we have decided to withdraw our investments from E-Trade. The E-Trade representatives were very polite, professional, and understanding and phone calls were answered promptly.
worst user experience ever
worst user experience ever. The UI is anything but intuitive. Everything is complicated and twisted and never easy to find what I need.
Absolutely abysmal platform
Absolutely abysmal platform. i Was duped into moving 7 figures here from Schwab from a small check, but now I am knee capped by the platform on being able to do just about anything. Also, in trying to move RSUs to a option enabled account - they've lost my cost basis over 8 years of vesting.
I can't be more frustrated. So the net net is if I sell these positions, my cost is 0 and I get disproportionally taxed? Beyond frustrated.
Where is the 0 stars?
Where is the 0 stars? Absolute worst trading platform. Plz stay away! their staff has 0 knowledge on anything. My account got charged a tax withholding fee and all I wanted to to do was make an update on my account. One of their staff doesn't know what they were doing and gave me misinformation saying I didn't file a W9, even tough I filed it per their website. And I ended up filing it multiple times, which got me blocked from trading, and they sold my shares to make up for the withholding. I called back and another rep told me the previous rep wasn't looking in the right place.
They will tell you that you are fine and go behind and sell your shares, and take the commission. Absolute worst crap of a company!
DON'T GET CD from eTrade! Tricky!
Applying for an eTrade account is the BIGGEST mistake I’ve ever made in my financial life. It made me lost $$$$$ of money! I’m going to tell you why!
Firstly, it took me 2-3 weeks to just open a premium savings account. They require extra documents uploads and I did it again and again. Then I couldn’t access my account after it’s open, because they don’t recognize Google voice number. So I had to apply for a VIP access which took another 2 weeks. Frustrating enough, I spent 1.5 months just to open an account.
Then I started applying for CD accounts. Gosh! It can’t be worse! I plan to transfer in a big CD amount and my bank ACH has daily limit, so I had to transfer 6 times to receive the amount of CD I want to deposit.
Due to the activity pattern, eTrade suspects I’m a fraud, EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m transferring. Every other day I’m blocked and had to call fraud department. In total, I ended up calling fraud department at least 6-7 times.
What’s more, they didn’t trust I have the fund in my other bank. They required me to do a 3 way call to ask if I actually had the fund there to transfer.
Finally, after 2 weeks of trying EVERY DAY, I reached the total fund. I had to wait for all funds to arrive because for CD, you can only deposit once.
So I opened that CD on Sept 4, it gave me 1 month of time to deposit. By the time of unblocking all my transfers “frauds”, I finally moved the fund on Sept 16.
I signed up for 2 years CD for 4.1% at that time.
When I deposited, my rate changed from 4.1% to 3.6% with my $$$$$$. WTF?! I just committed a large amount but they changed my interest rate?! How can they do that? Marcus or Capital One would never change your CD rate as long as you deposit within 1 month.
So I started calling eTrade customer service every day. There are at least 10 different reps who had talked to me. Every time I even had to re-start my problem statements again and again and again.
I even talked to supervisors justin ramaglia, alex kelly, zack addison, Jordana walker, etc. Every day I spent 1 hour on the phone with them continuously to dispute the rate.
In the end, I am soooooooo tired! I just told them that I will just forfeit the interest income I got for the first month, and as long as they can just let me go and release my fund, I’ll go somewhere else. YOU KNOW WHAT?! THEY ASKED ME TO PAY $4,600+ PENALTY TO GET BACK MY OWN FUND, with the interest rate that was NOT even what I signed up for!
You know what?! I tried to give them as bigger business as possible, but they don’t want it but penalize me for it!!!!
Seriously, they made me lose 2 years of interest income by changing my CD to the crappiest rate at the market, and asking me to pay penalty of $4,600. With all the 2-3 months of call time I spent with them! Totally a scammer! Don’t ever go there!
Terrible bank, complete.thieves
Terrible bank, Run! Continually restricts account with an intentionally difficult process in place to further frustrate customers. They provided no answers, no help and wholly ignored my customer needs. Almost 2 weeks without being able to access MY money because E-Trade restricted my access to my money. Theft is described as permanently or temporarily depriving a person of their personal property or finances, They continue to hold my money, while providing no answers and even less help.
