Evernote is where I store information that I want to be able to access with any of my computers, phone, tablets. I have used it for years when I worked as a high school math teacher and still use i... See more

Trapped in a bad product
Buggy, expensive, hard to leave.
Your business model is based on old-time users feeling trapped. Naturally, we resent you gouging us. Especially when your product is not so good.
I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Evernote.
The desktop app is constantly freezing. At one point, I couldn't open it at all for four days. I tried everything—restarting my computer, reinstalling the application, and other troubleshooting steps—but nothing worked.
The web version is just as frustrating. It freezes so often that it becomes almost impossible to work productively.
What worries me the most is the safety of my notes and files. I no longer feel confident that my data is secure, and I have no idea what might happen to it.
On top of that, it's nearly impossible to contact customer support. There is no clear way to reach a real person, explain the problem, or get meaningful assistance. When your application stops working completely, users deserve fast and reliable support—not endless dead ends.
I have been relying on Evernote for a long time, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I sincerely hope the stability of the app and the quality of customer support will improve, because right now it's becoming very difficult to trust the platform.

Have been using the product for a long time. It keeps improving. The new owners, Bending Spoon, are doing a great job.
Not the shadow it used to be
Remove all the new stuff and make the application as good as it was before the major upgrade in 2021. Overly pricey.
love audio adding
love audio adding, very helpful tool for singersongwriters.
Wish "find word" functions were better/easier to use - maybe in the thumbnails/previews it shows the found words instances?
Also, can we add a button or something that causes that note to reappear periodically/now-and-then to be a reminder like "hey you tagged this 2 months ago to return to this", thatd be so helpful

This is a great app, my go to 1st for any idea, note clip or task!
This is a great application, it's voice to text has made it my first choice to capture ideas, clips links etc. from idea to voice to text to task to al expansion and research.... incredible, i do 10 x the work I used to do and its so rewarding to do it well and without stress.
Good app
Good app. But there is bug when minimize and open again, the screen turn black.

The new owner of Evernote is moving in the right direction, I like the optimizations they introduce. I hope they do not overdo things and keep Evernote simple and efficient to use. Sometimes less is more
From amazing app to rip off
This used to be an amazing app and I have spent about 10 years on it. 10 years ago it was much better than it was now.
10 years ago when you shared a link it worked
10 years ago it wouldn’t crash every 10 minutes
10 years ago, I didn’t cost you an arm and a leg
I have just received an email saying that the price will automatically go to AU$309
For an app and links that constantly crash and don’t even have a back button feature when you do share a link this is an absolute joke
I hope Evernote gets the same result as it treats his customers over the years
Evernote is the most efficient and…
Evernote is the most efficient and easy-to-use writing platform ever, It seems to be put together by writers who know what writers need to keep the content going. Kudos to all involved.
Evernote is a constantly evolving application
I have been relying upon Evernote for many years to manage my notes, research and project information. Frankly, they make improvements so quickly that I am underutilizing the app's capabilities. However, they provide great training materials which I look forward to using when I have the opportunity to catch up to all the AI enhancements.
Bending Spoons doubled prices
Bending Spoons purchased both Meetup.com and Evernote. I barely thought the annual price of each was worth it. Now they nearly doubled the price of both of them and I don't see a lot of improvement in either. I am working on replacing both.
Excellent Tool!
