Like many customers posting on this thread I too have an outstanding order for an expensive purchase that I wouldn’t normally be able to get in the U.K. My order was placed in October but despite repeated requests for tracking information I’ve received no information on whether the order has been processed. My account has also been suspended/disabled as I’m getting a 404 error code (page not found) when I try to log in. This is shocking customer care and I’m even beginning to wonder if the company has closed down as so many people have had problems. Perhaps it’s more a case of no longer providing support to customers outside of the US. Maybe they think if they ignore us we’ll just go away. I contacted the manufacturer of the product I’m trying to purchase - Ovasitol by Theralogix but they were unable to help. Maybe I’ve been lucky to date but this is the worst customer care I’ve ever come across. I guess it’s time to contact PayPal but I’d rather get the product I purchased.
Update - PayPal tried contacting them but they didn’t respond so I got my money back.
Negative shopping experience
I usually don’t write reviews but this is the worst shopping experience I had this year so far. I have contacted their customer support team several times on zendesk, via email and on social media to double check the stock availability of the supplement I have ordered and also get updates on the status of my order which after a week is yet to be shipped. No response at all. Now I just found out my account has even been suspended/disabled as I’m getting a 404 error code (page not found) whenever I try to log in. WOW.
Eventually I managed to get a full refund after filing an item not received case which was closed in my favour on PayPal.
Evitamins has gone out of business. Andrell International LLC, the company that owns the trademark for Evitamins, filed for bankruptcy on 21st December.
awful experience with no customer service
I ordered on the 21st october. Up until a few days ago it said still processing but now i cant log in, an error page comes up. I have emailed several times, and tried over fb and Instagram and absolutely no response. I know others are having the same issue. I don’t know what’s going on but I’m really unhappy, it was an expensive order and I cannot afford to lose that money. Sort it out evitamins!

Up til 2 weeks ago I’ve always had my orders. This time it’s still not been dispatched despite emails asking where my order is there has not been one response. Wot is going on with them does anyone know how to actually get a reply please. They have finally emailed back to say the items are out of stock at mo. Shouldn’t of taken money or given a alternative

So I have no right to call them frauds, I just saw all the negative reviews here and made my conclusions.
Scammers reported for fraudulent activity
I saw an American product online with a reasonable UK price, so I entered my information including my bank details but when I got to the checkout stage I saw that the postage was very expensive (it was going to be sent from US). So I changed my mind, back-paged the website and removed my personal details.
Now I notice that they have taken money out of my account! I’ve had to report them to my bank for fraudulent activity and have had to order a replacement bank card.
Avoid at all costs, if you give them your bank details they’ll help themselves, even if you don’t order anything!

Never received my order, did not get my money back. Very difficult to reach anyone at Evitamins.
Giving up on hoping things will get better.
I have been using evitamins since before covid. I have wanted to stick with them due to their home location which is in my state. I do still have some vitamin subscriptions with them. They carry a lot of third party tested vitamins and have a wide variety. However, the subscription service is difficult to navigate. Help desk is led through a separate company which has led to a lot of miscommunication/user error with the site. For example, when you have auto shipments and want to adjust frequency, you must contact zendesk and have them change it. Also, if you order multiple vitamins and one type is unable to ship, they will hold your entire order unless you reach out. Some how my auto shipments get goofed up all the time. I used to get all my vitamins through evitamins, but as it’s just doesn’t get better I think I’m giving up. Too much back and forth and when I can find my stuff locally or at retailers that ship on time or let me know when things will be late, there is just no need.

Terrible service ! I placed an order begin of July 2023 and the products were NOT delivered after 6 weeks !! No delivery information given. No mail with an excuse for the delay.
If they reach out on this site, this will mean they have a fraction of customer relationship sentiment but i don't expect this to happen !!

I had not been refunded so I emailed evitamins. Apparently the package had been seized in Mexico and that although it isn't evitamin policy , they would refund me.
Be careful with orders as in their policy (highlighted to me after the fact) they claim to not be responsible if orders don't make it through customs.

I do think they tried to ship my supplements but something went wrong during shipping (either by them or by the shipping company?).
The bad part is that their customer support is horrible. Do not expect answers to every query, and sometimes expect half-answers more than a week after you ask.

Terrible. Tried to charge my credit card when I didn't order anything (I decided to buy the supplements locally). Fortunately, my bank realised that they are scumbags and blocked the card.
