They don’t let u know when the items on their website are not in stock. They just take your money and sit on it till you say something

If you want anything in a reasonable time don’t shop here

horrible customer service. Ive placed an order a month ago and havent received it. Company doen't bother to answer my emails anymore.

IT IS FRAUD, I DID MY ORDER 10 DAYS AGO. 3 EMAILS, NO ANSWER, NO SHIPPED IT, NO REFUND. NO NOTHING. I am really surprised that this company has 80% of 5 stars when most of the reviews are 1 only star and very bad reviews indeed. What is going on with trustpilot. I always rey on them, no more. Something smells fishing.

Very poor. First order it took me chasing several times and over a week until they actually posted my order, no real apology.
I gave them a second chance. Over a week after i ordered and after 2 messages i finally get a reply saying the items are out of stock and it will be another 8-10 working days until they are back in stock. No real apology or offer to cancel the order for a refund. On their website you can still order the products that they have said are out of stock with no warning!

It seems like it is not a viable business with no stock management and poor customer service. I definitely recommend not to use eVitimans!

Good experience with eVitamins
When I made my order with this company, l waited for one week but said it my order was still processing which I later got to know from their website that new customers waiting period takes longer. I also saw all the bad feedback so I got scared but I saw few good feedback and some said their contact with customer service yielded positive results. I contacted the Customer service also and a day after my order was shipped I got a reply. The shipping was quick, all my orders were intact and as described. I think processing period was a bit too long because my account, my address and the recipient is thesame so there shouldn't be much to verify but every other aspects were okay.

Scaming to consumer
When you are going to buy some item in eVitamins (USA), first the system says that shipping is £ 0.00 (free). You never knows the hiden shipping metode fees until the moment in which you have to pay.. When you place the order, appears the desorbitant fees: £ 11,23, £ 11,79 and £ 61.06... this is a really scam for the consumer

Ordered items 1 month ago and still no shipping - had to call and just cancel order. It should not take 1 month to ship an order out

It is easy to order through evitamins. I have not yet received my order but the service was good i found what I need. Best prices for vitamins out there!

Had made an order on 6 of January and it still not shipped yet, very disappointed.. had asked for the refund but still no response from the customer service.

Ordered product and received confirmation, shipping details with UPS etc. Sat at UPS for over 2 weeks on tracking and all emails to eVitamins asking for updates have been ignored. UPS say they have don’t have the shipment and to contact the shipper. No response to that from eVitamins. Please do not use this vendor, lots of other places to use.

I ordered some tablets that was supposed to be good for diabetes. Paid my money just before Christmas and I have not received the product nor my money back. Please do not order from this company they will rip you off

I tried to order a product but at checkout my card did not go through. I decided not to bother. I then received a text from my bank alerting me that evitamins had taken one pence from my account. This was without my knowledge. It then transpired this was to set me up for a monthly subscription service. Be aware of this. I will never use this company again.

I live in Portugal. Placed an order, waited a month. Started figuring out where the package went. turned out to be at customs and I have to deal with customs myself. eVitamins did not provide any help and they did not warn about the difficulty with customs clearance. I think that this is an irresponsible company and I do not recommend buying from them. It is better to deal with trusted sellers and not with eVitamins.

Never received the product and didn’t received the money back, tracking the order they put is shipped but is not, no answer or money back about this situation

They are THE WORST. I contacted them for a amazon service and they took 15 days just to respond back just by saying that i should contact seller support for my query and not them.
They will never help you in your case but just make a fool of you .

After several emails back and forth to eVitamins, and having my account hacked by some stranger online, they offered to credit my account for purchases I didn't make. Thanks

I am still waiting for my purchased Item!!!!!! One month and counting with no reply to my pleas....I am warning everyone that this site is probably a scam site!!!

Someone purchased via my debit card for purchases on eVitamins, MI. Tried to contact company but ran into problems with their online site - "unauthorized access" - 401 ! Finally got an address to email but very slow responses. Customer help didn't have a clue. They asked if my bank was working on it. Wouldn't they know?
