Small room for improvement
Quick ordering process and lightning dispatch. Was very surprised when Xbox arrived after 2 days from ordering when most of the retailers have them out of stock.One improvement that can be made is to inform customer when the order has been dispatched. I've found out that order is out for delivery from DHL on the day I wasn't at home.

Order didn’t arrive in expected time, chased it and it turns out someone cancelled it. Went from manager to manager until it was sorted and eventually arrived.
