Got an Xbox series X with 2 years…

Got an Xbox series X with 2 years ultimate game pass on console but it wasn't on the console. Emailed exertis and Marlon was helpful, gave us hints and tips about how to get the game pass activated and it worked. Woohoo thank you

Delivery was made to a neighbour

Delivery was made to a neighbour, but was told it had been delivered to me. Photo taken was very unclear and when I spoke to a member of the call team, she agreed the photo was poor and was supposed to let me know where the parcel was delivered, but I was never contacted. Luckily my neighbour was honest and gave me my parcel.

Marlon has been nothing but helpful

Marlon has been nothing but helpful, dhl lost our original xbox, the problem was quickly rectified and a new xbox came within a couple of days, and there was lots of online support in setting up the unlimited game pass, , my emails were answered quickly, will definitely recommend this company

You Need Not Worry :)

I was worried, having read a few poor reviews, but there was no other way (that I could find) of getting an Xbox, so I took the perceived risk. Everything went like clockwork. Superfast delivery (up in the Highlands) and I'm delighted.

Xbox Series X All Access - Exertis through Asda

Ordered Xbox Series X All access bundle through the Asda website which took me to Exertis. Ordered on the Thursday and they said to expect an email with details about delivery in 3 working days. Wednesday came still no word so sent an email and quickly got a response with tracking information for the Xbox being delivered on the Wednesday.

Had a problem with the Xbox series X on the monthly deal I had trouble getting in contact with the company but when I finally did the employee was very helpful and I’ve managed to resolve the problem.

Great service. Ordered on a Tuesday, item received by Thursday morning.
Sadly my Game Pass wasn't working. But 2 hours after emailing Exertis, Marlon from their support team had fixed it all for me.
Recommended highly.
