Oh also, don't pay any debts off early because your credit score will drop 100 points of you do.

Experian itself does not make decisions for your creditworthiness, it always will be down to the lenders decision for this.
What I can tell you is that paying your debts off early would not typically have a negative impact to your Experian Credit Score. The score itself is based on all of the information that is listed on your Experian Credit Report.
Now, the great thing I wanted to make you aware of is that you don't need to pay to view your Experian Credit Score or your Experian Credit Report. You are able to view your Experian Credit Score for free on our website or through our Experian App.
Also, with the Experian App, you are able to view a monthly copy of your Experian Credit Report - entirely for free. If you'd also like, we do also offer the Statutory Credit Report for free as well on our website.
If you do have any questions about the information on your report, you're always able to contact our team for free. We're always there and happy to help out.

I disputed a missed payment marker on…
I disputed a missed payment marker on my credit report which made a considerable change to my credit score. Experian came back to me very quickly and are investigating this on my behalf to get this removed. Hopefully this can be resolved expeditiously.

Excellent customer service.
I'd had a bad experience with a scammer who had pretended to be from the fraud department of my bank.
I was worried that my identity had been stolen and I felt very vulnerable.
Gayathri treated my concerns with sympathy and respect. She ensured that my credit report was up to date and there had been no further fraudulent activity and no attempts to open credit cards in my name.
