So far I have 3 statues from them, and 3 others preordered. FNC and FavorGK are my go to websites for unlicensed (and usually beautifully made) statues.
Just know that they are not the company producing the statues, but more like a third party company selling statues.
All of my experiences have been good. They package the shipper boxes carefully with plastic corners to keep the product safe in transit. So far, I have not received damaged pieces, so I can't say how their customer service is.
Shipping does however take a lot longer than most places I order from, usually 1-3 months.
They also offer deposit options with monthly payment plans.
I love this website, definitely glad I found it.

Ordered a statue, it was delivered and it was a bit broken. Then they replaced even the broken part. Everything was fine.

I have finally got my statue of Ryu from Street Fighter and the quality is very good. The presale was in October 2022, the production about April 2023 and now, in July 2023 I got it so you have to be patient. In between i was unsure if i would get the statue but i always got a quick answer from the customer service. The shipping cost was about 70$ but not unusual for the size of the package. I can really recommend the shop.

I got 4 pre order deposits. Each around 120-200$. FNC said they had some issues and asked me to wait. I had no feedback for some time and I wrote to FNC, asking about orders status. They said that orders are canceled. No emails about order cancelation warnings so far had being delivered to me. It's like to give your money free for overpriced figures, but u don't get anything in return.
Shame, I thought better of FNC. Back in 2021 and 2022 everything was fine. Looks like I have to find another shop where my money And customer needs are appreciated.

Similar to other people, company promised to send out by a date and they never did. Blocked me from facebook and wont return messages. It's too late to file through paypal or visa so they got away with roughly $2000 USD

do not buy from this company. Based in Shanghai so shipping is outrageous, IF you even get your figure and the US cant do anything about getting your money back

I would personally never use them again. Really terrible customer service and it's hit or miss whether you'll receive your items at all, let alone on time. I've been sent several things broken, missing, or just flat out wrong pieces and all they say is "but do you like it?". Word of caution to anyone planning on shopping there.

Just got robbed, item is 400 dollars the fake deposit is 175, sideshow u can buy 500 dollar statue and deposit is only 50 plus Fanatic anime store out of nowhere says shipping is 345$!!!! They are straight up scamming people!!! I told them I will give them a 1 star rating and they give u an attitude as well!!! Do not buy from.them customer service is crap !!!
Prime 1 refunded me and my deposit with an apology but fanatic anime store does not care whatsoever my god they get thousands of dollars daily and cant be bothered keeping someone's money they are evil

They have alot of nice statues but there shipping costs are insane. If you buy a statue for 500 USD you get 200 USD shipping cost. Wich of course they wont tell you before hand.

Other companies like Sideshow does, and ask way less but these amateurs cant. So thats almost half of the price of the statue. And yes it gets even better. If you want to cancel your order they ask a whopping 110 USD as well for a statue that was not send yet. At the end of the day if you cancel or not you get robbed either way by a bunch of criminals.

Now im stuck with a statue i think is way to expensive (combined with shipping costs). To cancel is to get robbed, to buy is to get robbed. Don't make the same mistake i did. Go buy somewhere like Sideshow, at least they are honest.
