It’s the worst experience to try getting tickets through this platform. It is badly programmed. You get blocked in so many ways. I do not understand how other people manage to obtain tickets there. Once you finally!! think you get one, you cannot proceed to the checkout, because the sale is blocked or put on hold until minutes before the concert starts. Some weird message that another user holds onto it for days… I tried to obtain Radiohead tickets for weeks and was not even close to being successful. It was a frustrating experience!

Couldn’t attend the Kensington concert and tried to resell my tickets. Eventim blocked me from uploading them to Ticketswap, where demand was huge. Fansale was the only option — and it simply didn’t work. Hundreds of tickets were listed, but buyers couldn’t purchase anything.

Eventim effectively removed my right to reverse an online purchase, which is required under EU and Dutch rules. This is klachtwaardig gedrag and shows zero respect for customers.

I purchased tickets to a concert well in advance but the tickets never arrived. I 100% got scammed of €150 as I got no word back from the seller. I'm also getting a TON of German spam emails now as well & it was definitely from their site. Eventually got through to FanSale customer support and they're now refunding me the tickets.. I am still convinced FanSale is an email spamming company however. Would not recommend buying from them.

The great thing was the pricing. I was about to order from another site when my friend sent me a link to fansale which saved me about 70 euros (the other site had some massive fees). Even tho the site was in german i could easily transelate everything. And for the shipping i used a german mailbox and then shipped it to sweden. So the only negative thing was that everything was in german.

Its a big SCAM!!! Very poor customer service and they are not able to proof you, that they did a payment from your sold tickets.
Don’t trust them

Very bad service and sooo low page optimisation. When i want to choose my place for the ticket it gets stuck and doesn’t load and the tickets map when you zoom in it gets stuck too and you can not zoom out to continue the order. Funsale you are a “serious” ticket selling page and you must optimise your web page for a good user experience . This is very bad like in 2008 web sites.

Great fast service.
This is a no nonsense website. I had my tickets to sold out Farther John Misty concert in Berlin less than a minute after the payment. Ready to download to my phone for easy access. I was honestly a bit nervous because of the low ratings. Many of the comments and bad ratings is about fees. So yes it costs a fee to by last minute tickets - what else should the business case be?

this platform is awful with rude customer service

They are a scam company. They sold my tickets or they say they sold my tickets so I don’t give a F what they did with it, but I never got the money and it’s been about 20 emails backwards and forwards. They can’t prove that they sent me the money, but they refused to send me the money.

Totally idiotic platform, they sent me A4 print of the ticket, and took a fee for this, instead of an electronic version, so I couldn't resell it, because I had no opportunity to go to the concert. I had to ask the seller to send me an electronic ticket. Absolute nonsense.

Tickets 1 day prior to event not received. We had to change our plans for our trip to Berlin. Not reliable ! Bought tickets 2 weeks ago but still haven’t arrived !
You can’t contact anybody. No customer service. Do NOT buy on this platform !

If I could give it -10 stars I would, its the worst website I have ever come across, not even just Tickets but in general I have never ever seen such a crap website, same goes for eventim I will never buy from them ever again, not only is there absolutely zero chance of getting tickets, doesnt matter if you're clicking on the offer in 1 ms, its still gone, but I also didnt get my ticket sent to me once, and wasnt able to go to the concert on that day, even though I bought it and paid for it. Dont ever buy from Eventim

Wanted to repersonalize my tickets so friends of mine could go. I had to put them on sale and send an email to friends. The offer for my tickets couldn't be 0 euro and when they click on the link it is a service fee of 20 euro they need to pay. Have never experienced such a moneygrabbing service before. Tip: don't personalize your tickets immediately with eventim, because you will pay for it if it needs to be changed.

You guys at fansale should be ashamed of yourselves.

It’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to get Tickets. They are reserved within mili-seconds, how is that even possible? And I AM NOT A BOT!

I wonder if somebody can actually buy any tickets on this site. One cannot be any faster, yet somehow the tickets are always taken.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Negative stars actually would be preferred. The only way to change the name on a ticket is to sell yourself the ticket under an account with the new buyer's name.

On top of that, their website is so clunky and there are constant errors messages or "access denied" errors when loading pages.

Got a question? Call their customer service for $1.50 a minute. Are you kidding me? They never responded to my question I sent on their online form either. Avoid at all costs, they are a scam

Ridiculously strict rules, no possibilities to change an order, and unashamedly and revoltingly high percentage to sell a ticket.

WORST SERVICE EVER !!
I sold a ticket through Fansale, I used the UPS shipping label from fansale and shipped the ticket. Unfortunately, the letter came back to me. I tried to re-send it but it did not work because the shipping label had already been used. I will not receive the money if the ticket is sent with another label. I tried to reach them via the contact form, but I only received useless automatic answers. Impossible to talk to someone on the phone either.
Now I have no idea how to give the ticket to the buyer and be paid.
I will never sell a ticket on this platform again !!
