Very disappointing experience with FasterPay
After a long and exhausting approval process, my account was finally approved. Unfortunately, I never managed to use it because of a technical issue between FasterPay and Shopify. Shopify could not recognize that my FasterPay account had been activated.
I contacted support multiple times, provided screenshots, and explained the issue in detail, but I received no meaningful assistance. It felt like nobody understood the problem or was interested in resolving it.
After several months, I decided to give them another chance. To my surprise, I was unable to receive OTP verification emails at all, which completely blocked access to my account. I contacted support again and received no response.
At this point, I feel like I don't even have an account with them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FasterPay to other merchants. Poor support, unresolved technical issues, and a lack of communication made this one of the most frustrating payment gateway experiences I have had

I am extremely disappointed with the onboarding process at FasterPay.
Our company (AZADA BEAUTY LTD) provided a flawless corporate document package, including high-resolution corporate bank statements, notarial residency verifications, and physical HMRC official letters.
Every single compliance requirement from our side was executed at the highest professional level.
However, after dragging the process for days and forcing us through multiple verification loops, they simply issued a generic, automated rejection template mentioning "business model check" and internal criteria.
If your compliance team has strict internal filters against standard e-commerce/dropshipping setups or specific industries, you should explicitly state this on your landing page before wasting weeks of legitimate businesses' time.
Dragging merchants through an exhaustive manual review just to hit them with a lazy automated template rejection is a clear sign of systemic incompetence and terrible customer service.
If you value your time and expect transparent B2B communication, look elsewhere. FasterPay is a massive waste of time.
waiting 4 months for integration being a verified merchant
Update in June’26 : they didn’t give me any solutions, tried to response with 2 employee names but never solved the problem. After asking for deleting account & information they denied. After 6 months of patience, I must say they are fraud.
Update April’26: The support is ridiculous. Another 20 days left with no solution. Never opened the payment portal/app from their side to receive payments. And again they can’t even solve a simple problem. I showed them why the orders are not placing in the test mode, they could only provide the documentation but no support at all. Seems like information stealers.
Mar’26 I have gotten my business model and account verification after a month of submission. But the integration process is taking more than 2 months. I setup my website integration with fasterpay right after I got my account verified. But they are really slow to get support from.
My customers got confused seeing the payment options and tried to pay through the test setup (I had a full banner stated about this issue). So, I had to deactivate it from my online store. I asked the support to delete my account and they contacted me after some days saying integration is getting delayed due to heavy traffic in the support. Then I reactivated and asked them getting through for the integration. Agan I am being ghosted for another month. I couldn’t get any response from them about integration and breakdown of the fees.

Okay First of all I'm going to give credit where it's due if you have a personal account when I had a personal account which I deleted this year because I wanted to use the same email to open a business account this email this personal account before I deleted it had really good customer service like you inbox they work on it you receive feedback and that's it appreciate that right however, the business account is total something I can't explain. This is because the customer and support on a business account will frustrate you and your mental health they at first they would accept and give you a ticket number for your issue once you write to them or once you you write in the customer support section they'll give you a ticket number send to your email and then later on they will tell you that 2 days later they have not solved your issue today is later they will inform you that that's issue with that ticket number has been marked as completed or worked on I don't remember the exact words however your issue is still there if not received any feedback from them there is nothing that has been improved on your issue but the market as resolved. Next is that verification process of a business account. When I had the personal account verification was very easy it was super quick super fast and I was able to do it in like a week my account was verified however, when I opened the business account with that email cuz I had to I had to deactivate my personal account so that I can open my business account 3 months to 4 months ago that's when I did all this I deactivated my personal account and opened my business account with my own email the one that had been using for my personal account 4 months down the road I have sent them documents to verify my business account and I can use it as a payment provider for my business however they have not done a thing The first 3 months they were quiet they just showed that application in application submitted documents pending this month April they sent me an email telling me showing me what documents have been around verified and what documents are pending how am I going to use you on my business account if it takes you 4 months to get back to me and issue of being inquiring about almost on a daily because I really needed to use your services. It is frustrating to have an issue and solved after over a million All right that's a bit of exaggeration but a lot of inquiries a lot of help us messages was sent trying to help ask which documents you guys need You're not specific about the documents you need you reject every document you even my own personal ones the ones I have sent you about myself are not being accepted. How frustrating do you want it to get I would not recommend faster pay for your business sincerely speaking there's help is wanting their response time is wanting I can't trust something that I can't I don't even understand whether faster pay is operational or not because you don't get back to people you don't help you leave their issues pending. I never think is recently in the earlier times the business account would allow you to send a message specifying what issue you have exactly they would allowance you go to the customer and support section in the past few weeks you try to send that message to tell you message can't be sent. How are you going to know my issue if you can't do that. Customer support on both the app and the web need help if you guys don't have enough customer support team members please get more because you're going to kill your own market and you're going to reduce customers because people want to use your app as a payment method but it won't help so can you please help be more specific in what you want people to send because you cannot be rejecting my personal identification items that you accepted in a personal account and now I'm using them decide and you rejecting them I don't know that adds up I don't think that will ever add up. Honestly one and a worst companies you'll ever come across they have holding money in an account they will not refund it it has been in there for three months I've explained to them that I have varicated all my accounts they still have not responded to give my money back they do not pay fair they are robbing you blind and holding on to money that is not theirs they are a company to avoid massively I have to now go legal route trying to recover my money they they would not be trusted with another Penny in my money I would advise anyone trying to deal with faster pay to not do anything with them they charge you for taking your money and keeping money and failing to help inappropriate time they're closed the claim because you don't get back to them in time but they take three days to respond to you

Fasterpay communication and CRS delay is top notch
It was not any easy experience for me but my fund were returned in about 3 weeks after struggle.. Im not sure of service improvement to recommend a positive review for now but If any further transaction I will update review. So delay in communication, avoidable account withdrawal freeze, I still believe 3 Weeks - 1 month is too much to do simple account check and unfreeze people funds the inconvenience is very damaging to genuine customers.
