Quality custom PC
Bought a custom PC from them. Quoted build time was about 6-7 days but in 3 days the setup was ready and shipped to me.
The computer arrived in a sturdy, very well packed box, with all the instructions, manuals and extra parts neatly included in attached bag.
The cabling was very neatly laid inside the case and all components well attached.
I had a question about the system and their customer support had been VERY quick and thorough to answer it to my satisfaction.
As someone who has been working on and with PCs since the early 90s and know a thing or two about putting things together, I would wholeheartedly recommend Fonix - their attention to detail and their workmanship quality is top notch.

Placed order but no TV
Placed order but no TV - placed order for TV and made payment. Afterwards they informed they had no more TV's. Called them and asked if they could provide an alternative - they had no alternative and I now have to look elsewhere for a TV. A bit dissapointing not to get TV but also they couldn't provide alternatives.

NZXT C-650 PSU
Purchased a NZXT C-650W 80+Gold PSU. I was told it would arrive 5 days later. The next day I was pleasantly surprised to find out it would arrive earlier. I always buy PC components from Foniks. They have have never failed me with the quality and pricing of their items.

Order cancelled, Money never returned
I placed an order, then I needed to cancel it immediately, since the product was exclusively for private companies.
I requested the full reimbursement of money. After 25 days I did not receive the money ! I wrote many many times to customer service, always completely ignored....
Feel free to buy to this shop, but never make a mistake and return the item, because you will never get your money back !!!!!!!!!!!

This is an extremely disingenuous description of what has occured.
So your order was cancelled the same day without any issues. As we never approved the payment as the order was never greenlighted due to the product you've attempted to purchase.
You were informed in the mail that if you paid with a Mastercard or a Visa Electron that Nets would keep the reservation for 30 days.
In regards to you being ignored. We have certain hours at the office, if you write outside of these hours we will answer as we return to the office the following day.
The 19th of may, you wrote to us 3 times from 21:17 to 21:19. We answered you back the 20th at 11:23.
On the 1st of June, you send us a mail at 23:27 which was responded to the 2nd at 10:35. You got a lenghty answer to your mail. You then proceeded to spam your initial mail 7 times afterwards during the 2nd and 3rd. We even answered you again with a lenghty answer on the 3rd which you have seemed to ignore as we received further 4 more spam-mails from you with the same copy-paste text.
Just to round it off. We never charged you the payment, we were never in possesion of your money. Due to you using a Vise Electron, you have made an agreement with your bank that Nets will reserve the money in 30 days after the initial approval.
So please consider removing this review as it's false and again, disingenious to the facts of what occured.
