Apparently someone collected a gpu on my behalf
Apparently someone collected a gpu on my behalf.
On the pick up day I sent and email saying that I changed my my mind and no longer wanted the product. To my big surprise, I got a response that it could not be canceled because the item was collected???
How come someone pick up my item (order number 643812) that I previously payed for.
I called the store and they said they were going to check, no answers so far. I am talking to a lawyer to see the best approach to sue the store.

Updated below (4 stars):
After having the computer for a while I started wondering why it was running so hot all the time with the CPU fan spinning up to max speed with noise to match.
Searching for the issue eventually led me to find that the assembler of the computer had forgotten to plug in both of the front case fans so they didn't spin.
Other than that, no complaints and I wish it was possible to rate with increments, so I could give 4,5 stars, but it's not, so 4 stars it is.
