Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. They were advertising universal pencils for Apple products, claiming they were compatible with any device manufactured after 2018. They had a deal where you could buy two, which is what I bought. I paid over $40USD for two pens, shipping ($9USD) and tax. I got the pens within a reasonable amount of time but found out that based on the manufacturer, they’re only compatible with certain models of iPad pros. I gave the products the benefit of the doubt and tried them on my iPad. What the advertisement said the pen would do, it didn’t. I sampled it in GoodNotes, and it messed up my pen settings and I’d end up writing with my finger and the pencils would work somewhat with point and click. When I contacted the company, they offered me a refund of $3, and then increased it to $5 claiming that the rest of the moneys would go towards shipping the items back. Shipping a flat envelope that weighs a few ounces to Italy doesn’t constitute $40 in shipping.
I will be dealing with my bank to get the money back as they’re falsely advertising the products both on Facebook and their website and then once you buy into the products, they send you something not worth the box they’re in and then toy with you. They are just looking to grab what quick money they can, and hope that people will give up vs fighting with them.
Info for anyone buying goods from this…
Info for anyone buying goods from this company.
They use other companies marketing videos to con people into buying counterfeit and fraudulent inferior goods. If you have paid through PayPal, keep pushing for a full refund through PayPal’s complaints procedure. They e-mail the seller who may come back with a reduced offer in compensation. Do not accept this and use the escalate procedure with PayPal. It took me approx 3 weeks, but I eventually received a full refund.
Dolls house log splitter - Same as all the below
Same as all the below. Worthless tat arrived instead of sturdy log splitter in FB video. Refusal to refund, unless it is sent to China, even though they shipped to me from an Ipswich distribution centre. Pursuing refund via paypal.
This company is dreadful to deal…
This company is dreadful to deal with....be very careful as the product that arrived That I ordered was not what they advertised. The item took weeks to arrive which I cannot understand as they are based in the UK. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions to try and return the useless product they sent and get my money back, but surprise surprise they have gone quiet. I will never deal with this company again.
Absolutely appalling company that sells…
Absolutely appalling company that sells fake goods and tricks its customers and refuses to then deal with any issues. Is in partnership with PayPal and both companies are terrible to deal with and are as bad as each other! PayPal obviously knows this is a untrustworthy company but still does business with them! They promote that they are UK based but is obviously In China so has no problem ripping customers off.
Avoid avoid!
Avoid avoid!! Faulty goods, false advertising,be warned!!!!
It’s a scam
It’s a scam. Don’t do it. My bank got my money back for me.
Scam - avoid
Same as everyone else. Total rip off. Joke of an item. Complained but the "shipping department" insisted that I had been sent the correct item. Just a good old fashioned scam...
Haa! Hilarious log splitter!!!
Haa. This is the second time I have ordered a log splitter and been ripped off by companies advertising on Facebook. This time the video looked really genuine. I have escalated to Paypal. The item took nearly a month to arrive. On arrival I opened the box and just had to laugh. Cheap metal, and not big enough or strong enough to take any sort of logs. The top ring snapped off within minutes. Yes, I’m an idiot falling for it again. But Facebook keep on letting these companies get away with it.
Likewise I fell for the woodsplitter SCAM…
Likewise I fell for the woodsplitter and the signs were there but it had genuine pictures of a kindling cracker which is surely a breach of their copyright. I have a claim going through PayPal.....see how that goes
Duh! Fell for this scam too!
Duh! Fell for the same scam as everyone else. Realised as soon as I got tracking from the US that it was dodgy. "Log splitter - Big as in video" should have rung alarm bells. Have reported and blocked the company on FB and suggest everyone else does the same. Not that it will stop them popping up under a different name again!
Log Splitter total load of rubbish
As others have said total scam show you one product and send something that is totally useless and wont let you return it. Just wish I had read the reviews first
Be aware you don’t get what you order
Ordered a large log splitter what I received was a pathetic thing that was so small you would barely be able to fit a decent sized brand in it let alone a log.
Refused to refund or exchange for correct item.
Also makes out its being sent from USA when all along its China
Fell for it too
Fell for it too. Log splitter delivered does not match the one shown on the promotional video in the fb link. Customer services claim that I received what was ordered, which is not the point. Lesson learned.
Feasiblen, scammers
A bunch of scamming low life, I stupidly ordered the kindling splitter based on the videos. Same as other reviewers I had tracking info from USA and a pathetic item delivered that has predictably failed.
The best I can do is treat this as entertainment.
Same story as above
Same story as above. Toy log splitter delivered, not at all what was advertised, and then a brush off. Avoid at all costs.
I so wish I had read these reviews…
I so wish I had read these reviews before buying from this company. They are indeed scam artists. They misrepresent the goods (log splitter) on their website and then deliver a 'toy'. I too had an email from them when I complained asking for photos which I duly provided but now have got another email saying that I (supposedly) got the splitter that I had ordered. I DID NOT! I should have known that the offer was too good to be true. I am not easily fooled but I was this time. I would recommend to avoid this company and read the reviews before buying!
Scam because what we received is not…
Scam because what we received is not the same . Wood splitter delivered is a joke and probably better as a key ring. Feeling foolish because I should have known better than to purchase through faceless companies. Tried contacting but have had same goof around messages …..
The scary part I’m sure they’ll be back - new name , different scam ggrrrrr…..
I fell for the scam as well
I fell for the scam as well. Expecting a life size kindling splitter have ended up with a splitter that Barbie is able to use comfortably. I have had an e mail response to tell me they cant send return address because they are on holiday!
Will be reported to trading standards
Will be reported to trading standards! I too received an item which is nothing like the advertised product. Having taken the time to email support (Customer Service) twice I have received the same reply, what is the SKU QR Code?? There was no inner packing, actually arrived in a damaged cardboard box!
