I bought 2 pairs of Fila basketball shoes... over time, both pairs developed some minor defects.

When I notified File of the issue, their customer service gave me speedy responses and took care of the problem by replacing the shoes.

The customer service department did a great job.

Ordered my first items from Fila – a pair of trousers and a jumper. After wearing the jumper once, it started shedding all over me from the inside. The quality really disappoints. The trousers are too big, even though I ordered my usual size. When looking at the returns process, which Fila made so complicated, I'm thinking of just giving up and keeping them. Won't be buying again

I went on their website and the shoes on the Fila website cost way more than they do in a Footlocker or Journey's. So if you want the same Fila shoe don't go on their website got to a shoe store. Heck I got some Fila from Footlocker for 30$ but on the website the are like 85$

Counterfeit do not purchase from this company. You'll regret it. Send back for refund. 14 days refund or recall payment. Don't trust her as she's clearly states refund actioned but doesn't authorise payment it's not the banks fault its hers. Reporting her to Trading standards and Police as shes commiting offences.

Refused to accept a return.
Reported to the ACCC and fair trading as they rejected a return after I had to pay for return shipping.

As a long-term loyal customer, I would never buy any FILA product again, such awful customer service. I was been rejected to exchange the wrong size shoes because the box is taped.

It was wrapped by Australia Post staff while I had to pay for it.

The shoes are in perfect condition I didn't even try them. FILA Australia is such a failure, the shoe box part of the product? with this such a stupid reason for rejection is unacceptable.

I'm happy to pay for the stupid box instead of keeping the wrong size shoes lol.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Purchased a pair of Fila V-10 Low in Black and Grey. When I received them I tried them on to check the size and fit and was happy. I did not wear them for 3-4 months after that. Mid way through the summer I remembered that I had them and started wearing them, never in the wet though. On the 5th wear I noticed that the sole was coming away from the upper at the front. This quickly happened all around the shoes and by the 10th wear the sole was visibly coming away from the shoe. I did not bother to contact Fila as I already knew that their response was not going to benefit me because I had bought them in a "final reduction/clearance" sale. Would of happily given a minus star review if it had of been available. A shame really I was looking forward to a something similar but different to Nike Airforces, only to happy that I did not pay full retail to have the experience. Even after taking them to a well known high street shoe repair chain they fell apart again within a few wears. Never would I have thougth that a brand like FILA would produce and put their name and reputation to such an inferior and poorly manufactured product. Once I saw just how thin the bottom of the sole was I realised that this was at best a budget produced item, at best I would say that sole is 2mm thick at best, and that is the only that thick because that is where their logo is embossed!

Shoes did not last a month. Even the copies last longer than that.

Bought a pair of trainers that were the wrong size. It cost half the price of the the trainers to post them back. I then received an email that they could not accept the trainers because I had taped the address on the cardboard box. A completely ridiculous way of making sure people don't get their money back. They seem to purposely make returns so difficult. I would highly recommend that people avoid, I won't be buying from them again.

The color combination of red, white and blue is my favorite one. Because of this reason I shop their attire, especially sport suits.
It's very comfortable to exercise in their sport suits because they are stretchy enough not to rip off at the seams.

Other than that, products here are cheaper than the competitors offer, and the quality is very high. Fila is also a famous brand for soccer players, as far as I know.

After 18 days (18 days in total !!!) of wearing the fake leather is cracked. On both boots

If i could of left NO STARS I WOULD OF. FIRST OF ALL I ORDERED 10 ITEMS IN NOVEMBER AROUND THE 15TH 2023. I RECIEVED ON DEC 4TH 2023. I WASNT HAPPY BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS EXTREMELY LARGE. SO I IMMEDIATELY PUT BACK AND BOX CONTACTED THEM. AND TOLD THEM I JUST WQNTED ANOTHER SIZE. THEY SAID THEY COULDNT SO THAT I WOULD JUST HAVE TO SEND BACK. THEN REORDER ! SO I SENT BACK THEY RECEIVED IN THERE WAREHOUSE ON DEC 11 2023. I CONTACTED THEM ON THE 9TH TO SEE IF THEY RECIEVED THEY SAID IT SHOULD BE HERE ON THE 11TH. SO I CALLED BACK THEY RECUEVED. BUT SAID ITS INNTHE WARHOUSE. SO THEY COULDNT PROCESS THE ITEMS. I CALLED EVERYDAY STILL NOT PROCESSED YET ALL THE WAY UP TO THE 21ST OF JAN 2024. THEN I HAD TO CALL MY BANK TO DISPUTE TRANSACTIONS. TO GET A MOVE ON MY REFUND. THE NEXT DAY MY MONEY WAS SENT TO BACK BUT THAT TOOK ANOTHER 5 DAYS FOR ME TO SEE IT REFLECTED INTO MY ACCT! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE SAD PART IS ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE. $435.28 CAUGHT UP FOR THIS LONG. UN HEARD OF I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING ON FILA ONLINE. SO BEWARE OF THIS CO. THAT DOESNT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR MONEY OR TIME! WOULD RATHER DRIVE A HOUR AND GO INTO STORE!!!

I ordered a correct size of sneakers but they were too big.I was so disappointed to find out that Fila stores don't do exchange for items bought online. Worse, when I request an online exchange, I was told that items bought on sale are not exchangeable and not refundable.
Now I am stuck with big sneakers and I've lost money

Ordered correct shoe size however shoes were wayyyy to big..I asked for another pair and was told I had to pay the Postage and packaging for the return items!!

Well for starters don't get me wrong I love Fila because they are comfortable on my feet.... But I bought a pair I don't know what went wrong just walking and working in the kitchen my shoes shouldn't have ended up like this.... The shoes split across the bottom of my shoe. I have pictures

Bought a pair of Fila tennis online at Dr. Jay's. After wearing once the leather began to deteriorate. Filed a claim file with them. They replied the damage was a result of wear and tear from wearing them a year even though I had only worn then once. Dr. Jay's replied I had to report them damaged within 30 days. Run not walk away from buying their products.

Bought a pair of slip resistant 60 bucks didn't even last 2 months..I will never buy another pair of these poor ass shoes.. last year had a pair of shoes for crews lasted me a year.. never buy a pair of filas again

terrible experience .
bought online with them, followed the sizing they had to each item in the store .
when the products arrived, most of them did not fit (where too big and I could not go a size down as I ordered the smallest they have) .

I asked for a return and had to pay for the postage fee . I even tried to return the items in the store in person only to be told they cannot accept products in store that where bought online . I had to post anyway .

I buy everything online and this never happened to me . This must be the only online store that makes their customers pay for the return fee . What a disgrace .

Great way to lose a customer . Never again .

I have recently learned directly from FILA customer service that “size doesn’t matter.” That phrase in not usually related to shoe size, but that is the context it was used with me. I received a pair of replacement tennis shoes from FILA for a pair of defective FILA tennis shoes. The replacement shoes were not the exact model I had originally purchased because they were no longer being manufactured. I did not immediately begin using the replacement shoes, but when I did I found that although they were the exact same size as the shoes they replaced, they did not fit my foot. I called FILA to let them know that I could not wear the replacement shoe because I experienced pain in my big toe when I had them on. They requested several photos of the shoe to show the condition the shoes were in (not used at all) and the label on the bottom side of the shoe tongue. FILA informed me that their replacement shoe was made of different material than my original shoe so sizing would not be consistent.

When FILA tried to explain to me that their warranty period had expired, I explained to them my issue is not a typical warranty-related problem which would relate to defects or poor wear. My issue is that FILA replaced my 10 ½ size shoe with a 10 ½ shoe that I could not wear.

So when you have your next argument about size, you can respond with “size doesn’t matter” at FILA.
