This company is really trustworthy and professional they dealt with my query effectively. Abdul is fantastic. The reason I gave it a 4 not a 5 is that I think they should offer assembling perhaps add that to the price. As it’s hard to find someone to assemble. Otherwise great service.

I order a bvlgari sofa 321 waited 12 weeks absolutely mint condition very friendly and helpful woukld highly highly recommend this company.

Quality of workmanship abysmal advertise as metal trim on sofa It’s TACKY PLASTIC dented ,marked
Shoddy workmanship on underneath everything held by huge staples most hanging off ,so beware of your floors being scratched .
Rather than bore you with all the problems I would like to help you understand your rights as they will try to bully you into thinking you have none ;
1. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING VIA BANK TRANSFER/FASTER PAYMENT ( it is difficult for the bank to help you t get your monies back if they won’t refund you )
2. PLEASE AVOID CASH ON DELIVERY - as the delivery team will intimidate you not to check over your purchase and take the cash and run ,also try to tell you that once opened if there is a problem they can’t take it away
ALWAYS PAY BY CARD YOU HAVE MORE PROTECTION always be wary of any company that won’t take card payment
YOUR RIGHTS ;
When a private consumer makes a purchase from a business seller, they have certain 'statutory' rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 specifically states that there is an expectation that goods must be:

- of satisfactory quality – they must not be faulty or damaged

- as described – they must match any description given at the time of purchase

- fit for purpose – they should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for

If they do not meet the above requirements, the consumer will have certain legal remedies against the seller.

If the goods do not meet any of the above criteria, the consumer’s rights against the seller are:
1. REJECT the goods and request a refund – this is known as the ‘SHORT TERM RIGHT TO REJECT must be applied within 30 days of purchase or, if later, delivery.
YOU CAN DO THIS AT DELIVERY IF PROBLEMS WITH GOODS ON INSPECTION , BY LAW THEY HAVE TO TAKE IT AWAY !
2. Repair or replacement – this is still an option in the first 30 days, if the consumer does not want a refund
and becomes the standard options after the 30 days have passed
IT IS THE CONSUMERS (YOUR CHOICE)
as to whether they choose a repair or a replacement
If a repair is chosen, the seller is given one opportunity to provide a satisfactory repair, meaning that if it fails, the goods can still be rejected for a refund, even after the initial 30 days have passed. Alternatively, if the consumer wants to keep the goods, they can ask for a price reduction, based on what is wrong with them. That is something to be negotiated with the seller.
If they try to tell you no return or refund as it’s BESPOKE - NOT TRUE AS THEY OFFER YOU A SELECTION OF COLOURS
that will only be the case if it was a unique colour chosen by you, rather than a selection of colours which they offered you to choose.

I have never had such a disgraceful Customer Service in my life, my chairs arrived on time, no issues and I absolutely love them but unfortunately one of them sunk in at the back so when I looked underneath a spring had popped out so I contacted the store to advise and send pictures. The first email accused me of allowing someone to stand on the £165 each chairs! “Looking at the picture, someone must have stood on the chair” to which I advised that’s a ridiculous remark to make after the price I paid for them (I have bought x8 of these £165 each chairs btw! The next response, “please package the chair in a box so dpd can pick it up, we need to assess the damage, as if this was caused by just sitting on the seat it would have happened to all the other chairs” every email has an accusation that I have somehow caused this damage on purpose just to annoy this person! I have no children living in my house, so I cannot imagine what on earth I am supposed to be doing on a velvet chair that cost that amount of money! Absolutely disgusting way to treat a Customer who has spent a lot of money in that store! I will never buy from there again and will deter anyone I know from either.

2 of the chairs have stated threading and lost 2 buttons … they say there fix them but want me to pay for the bubble rap to send them

Just want to say what a fantastic company thisis from the customer service representatives I was given step by step guide on how the process would be and to the delivery team they were so polite and sorted all my quires and made everything very understandable I would recommend this company to anybody who wants first class furniture

Awful experience with these people.
When the bed was finally delivered, one of the men (young Asian guy) was disgustingly rude and aggressive and refused to bring the delivery to my door. Instead he left all parts in the reception area of my apartment building. As a small lone female, I felt the very least they could do was load the bed in the lift; I was prepared to then struggle with it from there. I had to refuse to sign the document confirming acceptance of the delivery in order for them to do that! The Asian guy continuously made advances towards me as if he was going to physically assault me whilst also being verbally abusive and aggressive. His delivery partner kept telling him to calm down and be reasonable as even he had the basic human consideration to see that I would struggle to get the bed from the reception area up to my apartment alone.
There were no assembly instructions with the bed, I called several times and got nowhere; eventually I sent an email and got a blank email response with instructions attached.
All in all, a disgusting abomination of a company and had I done my due diligence beforehand, I would never have ordered from them in the first place!!
To top it all off, the bed is incredibly cheaply made and the lift up storage mechanism doesn't actually fit!!

Never received it and they were extremely unpleasant to deal with. Avoid at all cost!

❤ Magical 🙏🏼 feels like a wish granted by the genie, i am so pleased with my mink crushed velvet 3 seater sofa and footstool it matches perfectly with my mink bedroom material, seeing it in real life is another level, i want to thank you so much for the best customer service, so helpful from the start to finish, prices are great, delivery fast and i never had such a positive experience before where factory were so helpful with matching the colour needed and the gentleman i was speaking to was always so friendly, respectful and polite 🙏🏼 so easy to reach on on WhatsApp /voice recorder, so many beautiful items the black lion knocker chairs i will be ordering soon and wish i found your before ♥ thsnk you so much

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I paid for a bed which I have been waiting 3 months for and every time I called they give stupid excuses. First it was “the person that took your order is gone out” when I call back a few hours it’s “he’s not going to be in today” they kept lying and lying. 3 months! And they still lying and making excuses. It’s the “extreme weather” oh yeah, it’s the “war” my bed was meant to be here way before the war!!! They lie and try cheat you be careful! If you pay a lot of money for goods that are going to take weeks. Reconsider because they will not give you a refund!! They will try and sell you another bed. Customer service is a joke. They try to take you for a fool. Go and buy your furniture at a company that is honest and transparent.

Amazing customer service and fast delivery. Would highly recommend! And I sure will be back to purchase more items

Have to say our experience with Furniture Imports is 100% Positive!
We purchased a sofa set and large Turkish rug and from the start we received a phone call from the company advising us of the approximate delivery date in the next few weeks, after around a week we were contacted again and agreed a delivery date for same week.
The guys there are exceptionally polite and professional and We would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future!
All items arrived in perfect condition and very well wrapped - delivery drivers again polite and helpful!
I am a genuine buyer, and as previously stated more than pleased with this very smooth transaction.

Purchased a sofa less than a year ago, cushions are miss shaped material looks terrible less than a year on, partner already wants to get a new sofa due to how bad it looks, sent emails with pictures.surprise surprise I never heard anything, looks nice to begin with but you will be disappointed
