Amazing table and chairs looks fabulous and also thanks to Adam for all ya help u was really helpful ….

I bought 8 majestic chairs in January and they were delivered end of March. Twice 2 of the chairs that were delivered were faulty. I had to argue to get these replaced even though they were faulty on delivery. Now after 8 months the spring of one of the chairs has gone and they are refusing to replace it as the warranty they provide is only 6 months and they are accusing me of applying pressure on the chair.
The after sale customer service is non existent as once they take their money they do not care. Avoid at all costs.
There are other reviews here from other customers that have experienced issues with the springs coming apart on chairs ordered from them.
I also at the same time orders 2 beds from them which had issues with the buttons coming off and it took me almost a month chasing it up for them to provide me with new buttons which I had to replace myself as although I raised this with them straight away when the items fgot delivered they only offered this suggestion as a solution.
Also one of the beds was not shutting properly as it has storage underneath it stayed slightly up even with a heavy mattress on top of it and again they did not do anything about this, they just said it should correct itself.
They are not registered with the Furniture Ombudsman so you can't even raise a complaint with them .
I was thinking of purchasing more furniture from them but now that I understood the low quality of their furniture I will never order from them and certainly let everyone I know not to order from them.

Ordering was extremely easy, was phoned twice to check they had everything right ( colours etc). Delivery went well, the delivery men were lovely. And omg I love my new things ( barstools, bed,sideboard, ottoman) the best quality as well much better then previous versions from other sites. HOWEVER I ordered nest of tables which didn’t come with delivery, delivery drivers said to phone. I did and was told they are not in stock and will have to wait till in stock ( could be months away) or have money back . This is fine, these things happen but I should of been told before hand and not me being the one to have to phone . I await nest of tables

Brought some chairs that were costly for Christmas last year. We have rarely used since and all the springs have gone underneath. I have emailed twice and complained as not even 12mths old yet and had no response! Take your money and run comes to mind. Extremely poor customer service and will not use this company again!

From start to end I have been so pleased with my experience !... firstly receiving great customer service in helping me decide on the right sofa (Ashton Premium French Velvet Range which I 100% recommend), even had help deciding on a colour, a phone call right after to go through my order then.... just like that under 4 weeks later my sofas were ready and I couldn’t be happier with them.

The only reason I have given 2 stars is because the product I bought is working fine. I received the worst customer service I have ever got in my life. This is the reason why I have waited a year to write this review. I wanted to make sure the bed was strong and durable. At the beginning of last year I purchased two beds, one for myself and one for my child. the one for my child was cheaper than mine. I was given four different delivery dates and each time there was an excuse as to why they couldn't deliver my beds, I then received a call all from this company and they said that they will only be delivering one bed, the one that's expensive because my child's bed was listed as far too cheap. They rudely explained to me that I should never have expected a bed to be that cheap. Which doesn't make sense to me because this bed was a divan practically the base was made of cud board so to me the price was reasonable.
The man was very argumentative and aggressive and very rude to me so I decided to cancel the entire order. I wasn't willing to be spoken to you the way that I was. I was very upset and very disappointed by this. I received a call a few hours later where I was given a half**** apology where the man said he could deliver the bed within a week as it was already made. I had already thrown away mine in my daughter's old beds and we were now sleeping on the floor. I felt cornered to accept the apology and the delivery of the bed as we had nowhere to sleep at this point and by now we were in the middle of the pandemic. There was nowhere else for me to buy beds. The bed was delivered fine and I managed to set it up. There were no instructions on how to set up the bed and I had never owned a bed like this before so I had to ring them and was guided over the phone. When it came to the footbed I realised that they'd forgotten to put one of the attachments. I called them and they put one in the post. I had to pay for a handyman to fit it which is very frustrating as because of the pandemic I couldn't get a handyman to come to my house for over 2 weeks. so even though my bed was standing I couldn't fully enjoy it as it was not completely finished for a while.
It's been a year now and the bed is holding up. I like the bed. I enjoy sleeping on it. I understand that mistakes and delays happen all the time. That's not the problem, the problem is poor customer service and being spoken to as if I am not a human being. I need another new piece of furniture now and I am thinking twice about using this company again after this horrible experience. Customer service is so important and being nice costs nothing.

Absolutely in love with my new marble dining table it looks beautiful with the dining chairs I purchased with the table the team from furniture imports are very professional they helped me all the whole way and even the courier team were fantastic they were very helpful and kind and I would definitely buy from them again and I have already recommended them to my family and friends and you will be getting more customers once again thanks to the furniture imports teams

I have recently purchased a marble dining set from furniture imports, and I honestly cannot thank them enough. The table and chairs are absolutely stunning they, arrived quickly and the service has been fantastic. From the ordering process all the way through to the delivery drivers each and every member of staff has been so polite and helpful. I will look forward to using them again in the future and will certainly be recommending them.

Excellent service & beautiful furniture, firstly I bought the bar stools & the quality is superb so we decided to buy a 2 & 3 seater sofa & our son bought a super king sized bed, could not fault the delivery team or the sales team at all, we have a minor issue with two of the scatter cushions, emailed was replied to straight away and replacement cushions were sent via a courier in less than a week, amazing service lovely friendly helpful staff definitely recommend this company thank you x

If you’re in need of furniture of any kind these guys will definitely provide you with the best quality. I recently ordered a bed from here and the quality is top notch as well as the service provided. I will not be going else where from now on. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would.

Needed a new bed as mine had bed bugs and had to throw it away. Everywhere was out of stock and most companies who promised to call me back didn't even bother! However Adam from furniture imports took the time to source a divan bed for me and it was delivered within the week! Great people, great company and fantastic customer service! Highly recommend!
