Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 35 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people reported significant issues with updates, frequently losing crucial data like bookmarks, saved passwords, and open tabs, which caused considerable frustration. Customers also experienced the browser freezing, crashing, or becoming unresponsive, leading to lost work and an inability to restore previous sessions, making the user experience unreliable. The frequent and often mandatory updates were seen as annoying and detrimental, causing the browser to load websites slowly or not at all, impacting overall performance. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that the browser offered good customization options, a user-friendly interface, and useful extensions.

A lot of crashes lately

When I first switched to Firefox it was great. seamed faster than my old browser but after about 6 mo it started to get a lot of crashes now I get at least 4-5 a week. It really hurts when your in the middle of a game you spent points on (money)
example .... I was just about to win a tourament and recieve 25,000 pts and it crashed. and by the time it was back I had lost (& my points)
I know this happens sometimes but it's now to many times in one week even thought about going back to my old browser, but will stick this one out a little longer maybe they will get it fixed.. we'll see

You're simply the best !

Compared to others, Firefox has:

- more respect for privacy, does not track you like others
- offers plugins etc in order to keep your navigation experience more secure
- very good with adblock plus

I love the fox

Love fire and love fox so why not put them together for one of the best browsers out there. Firefox is my go to browser is now my main browser. From great additions to custom backgrounds firefox has yet to be beat. Fast, reliable, and easy to use if firefox was a superhero it would be Batman and we all love the bat.

EZ-download.com - Mozilla Firefox

Although EZ-download.com doesn't offer a lot of download options, the site is clean, professional, informative, and easily navigable. When I downloaded Firefox, the site used a built-in installer that further simplified the download process. The information presented on the download page told me a lot about Firefox, and gave me a heads up on which features to look for.
Although Firefox isn't quite as sharp as Chrome, it is incredibly customizable and user-friendly. One of my favourite features is the built-in security. I appreciate having a browser that notifies me when sites are logging my content, and asks permission before allowing cookies or scripts to run on my system.
Another feature I really enjoy is the ability to customize the home page tabs; I can start with one main page every time, save all of my open tabs from my last session, or set any number of specific tabs to load every time I bring up my browser.
For a free browser, Firefox is the best combination of security and usability I've ever seen.
It also allows a wide range of add-ons for everything from a rebate finding plugin to a developer tool that enables source code examination.

Fantastic

My favorite browser ever. I couldn’t do without its web developers tools, and some other crucially important add-ons that make my life easier.
